AndrewX - that effect of the shift has been seen many times due to compression codecs (and video software colour-pixel manipulation) of the video itself. Can be done using Adobe Premiere/After Effects and possibly even Ulead Video Creator.
You can place rules on compression of certain colours - like saving a GIF in photoshop - by locking in certain colours since it only allows 256 of them, locking in and 'effects' of pixelation can be done using these video programs, and a top up with the compression codec used as mentioned before."

please lion, explain to us why the fox news reporter was in on the hoax to make him appear to be a reptoid shapeshifter?
or can you explain why the reporter stepped out of the shot at the exact moment he appeared to shapeshift?
this guys either a top of the line actor or under severe mind control.

I've actually seen this guy in a "few" vids posted. same guy, same "glitch." He's probably a newbeee at it....
Now I can't get Foo Fighters "Pretenders" out of my head.....

Added Edit: I don't think I said he was 'in' on the Hoax, I said that its a circumstantial event that was added to and played upon. (As well as other reasons mentioned below) Also was that lady news reporter "in on it" regarding the image edit I made of her scaly type skin?
1) The Fox video I've seen have no audio other than music in the background, or totally blanked out audio altogether - if you find one where you hear what he says, please send the link so I can re-evaluate. Reason? Because you would be able to tell why he jumped off screen by tone of voice, and 'what' he was saying/reporting. What if the actual 'Dialogue' of the Fox reporter was 'Excuse me, I think I'm having a blood nose' or anything of a similar experience where he feels he needs to get out of the cameras view
2) Find a video that has 'atmosphere', ie this video, as it so happens the guy jumps off screen. Perfect oppurtinity for a video editor to say 'ahh cool, I can put any form of story behind this', and thus, created the transparent/pixel effects you see to 'add' to the original 'non' related story.
3) The fact that there's no dialogue (in what i've seen) supports that a) it was edited, simple removal of audio proves that.
4) And this is a very important one... I haven't recently looked at it, but I do know about cropping. The original video may have been wider and higher, fitting 'more' on the screen. Resizing the 'canvas' or viewable area will make it appear he moves off screen at the new 'smaller' canvas size, however in the original he may still be on the far right of the screen - still visible to people who saw the show in its original size. If you get what I mean. If you don't, let me know and I will give a visual example.
Hope that sheds some light.
PS. The transparent filter and pixel deformaties seem identical in all the video's; the same 'shift' in appearance, and I just showed you the problem with the lady news reporter - the clothes shifted too. So - proven hoax, same technique in FOX reporter video 'equals" also likely to be a hoax.

I have to mention though from an interview I heard on The Edge Am by a guy who claimed to have seen these high level Reptilian military officials. He said when they shape-shifted their clothes didnt tear, they just disappeared. He also said when they changed back, their clothes reappeared again.
Maybe clothes do shapeshift.

Andrea - I actually do agree there - that would suggest the actual holographic universe theory, however I was taking on a more genetic/flesh type approach of DNA activation as many people here understand that aspect from following Stewarts work.
I know what you mean though, as I too believe it has to be the 'holographic' theory for it to work - I mean, I am sure I learned in Highschool that hair (other than root) has no 'live' DNA, meaning it can't change - I don't know the specifics of it breaking down, but that would suggest hairy shapeshifters! An Illuminati Draconian with full of body hair! Never heard it described like that before though, people say it sucks back into their skin. But the Holographic universe theory can shed some light onto this :D
I am open to this belief btw (shifting), but I'm still on the 'not sure how it would look' part, and video's like this to me get discouraging heh

those reporters are all illumianti cult members, their cult member word play is very transparent. swerdlow has said many times fox news reporters are under heavy programming and are cult members themselves. I didn't need to hear it from him to know that. I know a 'stepford' reporter when I see one.
those videos above are sketchy as hell, and i don't personally think you proved much with your video analysis.
