Though initially formulated almost ninety years ago and despite being an ongoing scientific development of huge importance, Quantum Mechanics has been conspicuously marginalized in both mainstream science and popular awareness. The general perception has been that Quantum Physics interpretations are not relevant except to a handful of particle physicists and mathematicians. This is because the subatomic proofs of Quantum Mechanics do not reconcile with observations on the scale of matter in which the bulk of human activity takes place.

Einstein’s Theory of Relativity describes the gamut of goings-on, from human to celestial bodies but it does not explain subatomic events, hence the fundamental conflict within the discipline of physics and the continuing search for the Unified Field Theory, otherwise known as the Theory of Everything.

Legends of secret technologies draw their sustenance from this chasm in the terrain of physics.  The subtext of these tales is that they contain not only the clues to resolve the quandary of modern physical theory but the keys to the mastery of physical reality, itself.

Keeping It Real

Some claims of self-described survivors of “secret government” experiments appear to exemplify advanced interpretations of Quantum Mechanics. As the Quantum Physics model of reality becomes better understood, it may seem less eccentric to entertain the possibility that some of these conspiracy-tinged reports represent direct experience of trans-dimensional events.  Or perhaps it will be proved, once and for all that these people are lying.

When the legend of the Philadelphia Experiment [1] first surfaced in the mid-1950s and the Montauk Project was first publicized in the early 1990s, with their “non-fictional” testimonies of teleportation, parallel universes and alternate selves, the conventional response was that these claimants were either liars or nuts. Over the past decade however, Quantum Physics interpretations involving parallel universes have begun to pervade the mainstream of scientific thought, raising the possibility that there may be at least some theoretical merit to these off-center claims.

In the July 2003 issue of Scientific American, the article by University of Pennsylvania professor of physics and astronomy Max Tegmark, entitled Parallel Universes:  Not just a staple of science fiction, other universes are a direct implication of cosmological observations describes four different levels of parallel universes, currently theorized by the world’s cutting edge scientists, where it is posited that countless versions of ourselves simultaneously exist:

The idea of an alter ego seems strange and implausible, but it looks as if we will just have to live with it, because it is supported by astronomical observations.  The simplest and most popular model today predicts you have a twin in a galaxy about 10 to the 10(28) meters from here. The distance is beyond astronomical but that does not make your doppelganger any less real. [2]

The “secret government” time travel legends of the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project have been propagated in pop culture, as a strange amalgam of non-fiction and myth about front line quantum physics ideas, well before they were part of mainstream science. It could almost be said that these fables are simple dramatizations of theoretical concepts, so blatant is their air of sci-fi, or in the words of Disinformation’s Richard Metzger: “comic book cosmology.”  While these stories claim to represent actual manipulations of space-time physics, it remains to be publicly proven whether these events are true, in any other sense besides their theoretical underpinnings, which they express in semi-allegory.

After all, these legends also represent “secret government” technology and may more accurately convey a pre-emptive disinformation campaign about such know-how, generating purposeful confusion around this topic, in defense of “our” National Security. 

This is not to say that the proponents of the Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project legends are necessarily lying.  Everyone claiming to have participated in these projects also alleges to have been brainwashed and mind controlled.  So, despite their own best efforts to “deprogram” and to uncover the truth, they may all still be spewing the company line.  On the other hand, claiming to be brainwashed is a superlative means for con artists and psychopaths to explain themselves. 

Whether these people have been robbed of their minds by US taxpayer-subsidized projects or if they are merely rank liars, it is a human tragedy either way and a matter worthy of investigation. The subjects’ attendant creepiness deflects from potentially vital clues to the puzzle of human existence and the mechanics of reality that are the heart of these reports.

What if mainstream science were to seriously interview these claimants and set up robust experiments based on their intelligence? The results may be at least as illuminating as the higher math and “double slit” particle interference pattern experiments, on which much of today’s physical theories are based.  However, if space-time technology is as jealously controlled by military elements as alleged, it may be ages before this kind of information is released into the private sector. Physics Run Amok

Since the 1950s, mathematicians have theorized that on a quantum level, every possible event is made manifest in an infinite number of parallel universes. Initially developed by Princeton University graduate student, Hugh Everett III, the Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics describes how an infinite amount of universes are constantly splitting off from one another. This would suggest that every reality field is a complex set of algorithms, as “valid” as any other.  In other words, not only is anything possible; anything and everything are actually happening somewhere, i.e. anything/everything is “true” or “real”. While this appears to be physics run amok, it is as theoretically sound as it is difficult to stomach.

So, if all is consciousness and all is relative, as suggested by the above, one might then ask, what is insanity? This question has been central to the life work of Olga Kharitidi, M.D., a Russian psychiatrist who was born into a family of several generations of medical doctors. She is the author of the marvelous book, Entering the Circle, in which she describes her experiences as a doctor in a Siberian psychiatric hospital.

Dr. Kharitidi had been treating incurably insane patients with the orthodox methodology of drugs, and getting the predictably dismal results, until she had an unexpected encounter with a shaman in the Altai mountain region. This encounter triggered a series of events that opened her consciousness to alternate healing practices. This supplemented her psychiatric training, leading to a much higher rate of success with her schizophrenic patients.

The PsychoTronic Chamber

Dr. Kharitidi became acquainted with the director of a Siberian physics laboratory, Dr. Ivan Petrovich Dmitriev (a pseudonym), who had been applying his research in Quantum Physics to the study of consciousness and reality. Dmitriev and his team had constructed a mirrored, cylindrical psychotronic chamber devised to open up states of alternate awareness. Dr. Kharitidi agreed to participate in his consciousness experiment.

During their separate trials in the chamber, Kharitidi and Dmitriev experienced similar visions about alternate streams of human development. Dmitriev perceived that some of these alternate reality streams were currently physically intersecting with our own reality. The outward manifestation of this occurrence was in the form of archaeological discoveries of mummies in the Altai region, which had been reported in the news. Dmitriev received a powerful impression that the Altai mummies were not from our timeline, but had somehow emerged into our world from a parallel timeline.

Dr. Kharitidi's account is interesting because it is an unusual source for a report of parallel universes. Further, she makes the extraordinary, albeit highly subjective claim of a perceived "collision" or “merging” of one distinct physical universe into another. 

References to parallel timelines "colliding" with ours are more commonly to be found on conspiracy websites, in the form of "channeled" messages ascribed to extraterrestrial beings or in tracts by "ex-government insiders", professing to have knowledge of such events. For the most part, these references center on the Cold War legends of the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project, two related tales that are perhaps chiefly distinguished by a general perception of their manifest dubiousness.  This is related to the vast subject of government disinformation, which is the subject of this author’s upcoming book.

Without addressing the truth of these legends for the moment, it is nonetheless interesting to note their recurring themes.  Two salient themes of the Philadelphia Experiment are that the US government was unwittingly baited into creating a rip in the fabric of space-time by extra-dimensional aliens and that the resulting forty-year time rift has enabled a mass alien invasion of our universe/timeline.  The fundamental claim of Montauk Project proponents is that our own universe is the artificial product of a series of high voltage operations, which have drastically altered the original course of history (which is now a separate universe).  There is an abiding concern that our “artificial” reality is inherently unstable and that it will soon “implode”.  More worrisome is the concern that such meddling threatens the imminent dissolution of the entire physical dimension of 3D, as suggested by Alan DeWalton, an active writer on the Internet of these fringe ideas:

Could the creation of multiple timelines by temporal manipulation on the part of the Montauk projects lead to some kind of unraveling of the linear third dimension itself, perhaps around the year 2012 as some have suggested? [4]

It may be easy to write off these musings as either “crazy” or even “government-sponsored disinformation”.  However, neither seems likely in the case of the Russian MD, who evinces neither paranoia nor victimization at the hands of any “conspiracy” and whose main agenda, judging from her various works, appears to be that of healing illness.

The Damanhur Federation and the Physics of Schizophrenia

Another conspiracy-free source of time travel reports is the Damanhur Federation, a spiritual community located in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. Describing itself as an "artistic, alchemical mystery school,” some of its members claim to have achieved time travel, by means of rigorous cognitive training and hypnosis, in conjunction with their own psychotronic equipment. [5] Open to visitors, their impressive Temple of Humankind was carved by hand out of an alpine foothill and is located atop what they purport to be one of the most powerful vortices on the planet.

Are people who claim inter-dimensional experiences and time travel clinically insane? Classic symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia, as defined by clinical psychology, might include such experiences. However, these people appear to be highly functional, their unconventional views and experiences notwithstanding.

Are the Damanhur members actually tapping into other dimensions or achieving astral and physical travel to other worlds and times? Conversely, could the classic symptoms of schizophrenia be the result of a space-time disorder within the energy fields of the afflicted person?  Is there a viable quantum physics interpretation of schizoid mental illness, relating to the misalignment of the manifold, multi-dimensional energy fields that make up the spiritual, mental and physical human being? Could this misalignment of human energy fields occur spontaneously, as in many cases of schizophrenia, where the onset occurs during adolescence, in patients who were completely "normal" up to that point? Might such a misalignment result in a person's uncontrollable perception of interpenetrating realities and the inability to distinguish between one time stream and another?

There are distressing reports from the fringe, which indicate that this misalignment can occur following the high-tech, inter-dimensional meddling of the alien abduction scenario. Many abductee accounts testify about the separation of the astral body from the physical body during the process of abduction.  Surgical procedures are reportedly conducted in the astral, "4th density" realm, which is described as a para-physical bandwidth of reality, which appears to occur in the "future", relative to physical 3D reality. After the procedures, the subjects' subtle energy fields are reportedly catapulted backward in time and merged together again with their more dense physical structures.

It is not hard to imagine how such procedures, conducted repeatedly on a human being, could result in considerable wear and tear, mentally and physically. There are chilling references in abduction literature to the high incidence of people who, not having been properly reassembled by this alien technology, now crowd our mental institutions.

The Phoenix Project

A dramatic illustration of the effects of such a misalignment of non-physical and physical human energy fields is seen in the legendary Philadelphia Experiment, where it is reported that many sailors went insane afterwards. Electrical engineer, Bob Beckwith, worked on secret projects for the Navy during World War II, and heard many eyewitness accounts of this experiment. In his 1996 book, Hypotheses, Beckwith asks an important question:

Is the drastic effect experienced by sailors participating in the Philadelphia Experiment related to conditions of mental patients, in general? Could something be learned from reports of the experiment, if they could be declassified? Surely this 54-year-old information could now be made available to the mental health industry if requested for possible use in the free portion of our scientific community.

Conversely, Beckwith suggests that this same understanding of the entire range of energetics that constitute the nonphysical and physical aspects of a human entity could be used to develop an "insidious, offensive, anti-personnel weapon, leaving little or no trace of it use."

The Phoenix Project, which allegedly grew out of the Philadelphia Experiment and was carried out at the military base in Montauk, New York, is said to have involved tests of the electronic manipulation of human consciousness. According to Al Bielek, Preston Nichols, and other self-described survivors of the Montauk Project, these mind control experiments were performed on the unwitting inhabitants of the hamlet of Montauk, as well as on the general population lying within the 250-mile range of the SAGE antenna on the Montauk base.

HAARP and Non-Lethal Weapons Testing

Rumor has it that the ionospheric tests of the HAARP Project [6], currently taking place in Gakona, Alaska are the most recent outgrowth of the Phoenix Project. Conspiracy researchers claim that HAARP is picking up where the Montauk Project left off: testing the methods of controlling selected frequency ranges in the electromagnetic spectrum, from the encryption of military communications to the subordination of human brainwaves, worldwide.

One notable property of all waveforms is that of entrainment, whereby stronger frequencies cause surrounding weaker frequencies to resonate with them. It is not impossible to envision the deployment of a psychoactive signal that would effect brainwave entrainment on a mass scale. This could possibly be achieved by modulating the resonance fields of the extensive electrical power supply grids already in place around the world. After all, where there are electrical power grids, there are people. With the added boost of satellites, the electromagnetic fields within the ionospheric shell surrounding the planet could be saturated with psychoactive frequencies. According to Valdamar Valerian, in his seminal conspiracy compendium, Matrix III, this technology is already in use by the "secret government."

True or not, the scenario could be seen as worthy of development from the standpoint of a military looking to develop non-lethal weapons. Military and corporate mentalities are no doubt looking to develop a "soft" weapon, one that would eliminate real estate damage, keep everyone at their jobs and the economy humming. It could easily be argued that such an operation would be preferable to conventional warfare. Is this the hidden purpose of the electromagnetic cage created by the thousands of satellites now in orbit around the Earth? These satellites, which drive billions of cell phones, satellite TVs and the wireless Internet, also bombard people with high frequency signals.

Fascinating contactee accounts from a variety of sources [7] suggest that the most effective form of mind control involves electrically imprinting the DNA of human beings, a technology that some say may eventually be deployed on large population groups.  Stewart Swerdlow, a self-described survivor of the Montauk Project uses the terms "DNA" and "Mind Pattern" interchangeably. Swerdlow suggests that DNA is a molecular representation of a specific range of consciousness frequencies, akin to a circuit board, through which the non-physical aspects of a conscious entity interface with physical reality through the vehicle of a human body.

Other alien contactees further suggest that, from a multi-dimensional perspective, the human organism is a living holographic projection mechanism through which the experience of three-dimensional reality is created. In other words, the interactive phenomenon known as "physical reality" is projected "outward" from deep within the human soul. In her channeled book series, Voyagers, author/abductee Anna Hayes writes:

The perceivable experience of movement, passing time, matter, space, distance between objects and separation of forms is an illusion created by the multidimensional, holographic refraction of particles and anti-particles, which pulsate and spin at varying speeds and angular rotations in relation to each other. The movement of particles itself is a holographic illusion; movement only appears to be such when consciousness views itself through the layered prisms of multidimensional order. It will be centuries before your scientists begin to comprehend these facts of reality construction.

Your sciences do not as yet realize the rudimentary mechanics of how the illusion of three-dimensionality itself is created through the human organism. The human body has not as yet been identified as the living 'holographic projection mechanism' that it is in actuality.

The above statement expresses the hallmark quantum concepts of “non-locality,” “non-temporality” and “observer created reality,” though supposedly channeled from an alien consciousness. In addition, this statement dovetails with salient details in the Montauk Project legend, whereby the creation of inter-dimensional vortices, which reportedly enabled physical travel to the past and future, required the electromagnetic harnessing of a human subject's energy field or soul.  From this standpoint, one can see how the power of mass consciousness, and the energetic control thereof, would be of grave importance to anyone with an interest in maintaining or otherwise affecting the status quo; to anyone with an interest in controlling the fabric of reality, itself.

Holographic Inserts
Some contactee reports suggest that reality, as we know it is programmable, and that the ability of higher-dimensional manipulators to electrically imprint human DNA can cause people to perceive artificial reality holograms. Contactee literature makes fantastic claims that many key historical events were just these sorts of holographic inserts, events that altered the course of human history, but which never "really," or rather, naturally, happened.

It is claimed that this alien technology has been perfected over the course of the last fifty years, using the military test subjects of the Phoenix Project. Contactees warn that a scenario reminiscent of that in the film, The Matrix could actually occur, whereby conventional human reality would be replaced with an alien holographic facsimile.

If these reports contain any truth, they could offer insights into how people, purportedly separately involved in secret government projects, such as Al Bielek (of Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk lore) and Phil Schneider (who claimed to have been involved in the construction of the infamous underground bases at Dulce, New Mexico and Area 51 in Nevada), could end up with their common worldview. Bielek and Schneider, along with others who claim to have worked with non-human, inter-dimensional entities, may have been early test subjects for a sophisticated technology that induced elaborate realistic hallucinations.  This technology might even explain the Bush presidency.

While it may be of interest to have an awareness of these horrendous, paranoid machinations, it is clearly unproductive to obsess about such things. This is especially true since numerous university studies over the past seventy years suggest that thoughts "solidify" into material expression. The Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychiatry has collected over 2.6 million trials of data, demonstrating direct mental influence over Random Event Generators that operate on the basis of radioactive decay or thermal noise, such as those of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research project, established in 1979. [8]

PEAR conducted thousands of experiments of psychokinetic and other psychic phenomena over the following two decades and concluded, among other things that consciousness does have an influence on physical matter, intentions in the present can influence events in both the future and the past and that spatial separation is not a prohibiting factor in the activities of consciousness.  These findings are totally congruent with quantum theory.

To quote again from the Max Tegmark article in the July 2003 issue of Scientific American:

The complaint about weirdness is aesthetic rather than scientific, and it really makes sense only in the Aristotelian worldview.  Yet what did we expect?  When we ask a profound question about the nature of reality, do we not expect an answer that sounds strange? Evolution provided us with intuition for the everyday physics that had survival value for our distant ancestors, so whenever we venture beyond the everyday world, we should expect it to seem bizarre…Perhaps we will gradually get used to the weird ways of our cosmos and find strangeness to be part of its charm.

Project Monarch Nazi Mind ControlAmidst the subtle cerebral circumvention of the gullible populace, through a multitude of manipulated mediums, lies one of the most diabolical atrocities perpetrated upon a segment of the human race; a form of systematic mind control which has permeated every aspect of society for almost fifty years.To objectively ascertain the following, one may need to re-examine preconceived ideologies relating to the dualistic nature of mankind. Resolving the philosophical question of whether we are inherently good or inherently evil is tantamount in shaping our perception of reality; specifically, the spiritual variable within the equation of life. This exposition is substantiated by declassified US Government documents, individuals formerly connected to the US Intelligence Communities, historical writings, researchers knowledgeable in mind control, publications from mental health practitioners, and interviews taken from survivors unwittingly subjected to a highly complex form of trauma-based mind control known as MONARCH Programming. A word of caution for survivors of intensively systematic mind control and/or some form of ritualized abuse: There are numerous “triggers” in this article. It is therefore recommended not to read it unless appropriate support systems are in place or if you have a thoroughly reintegrated personality. A Brief History of ControlThe Mystery Religions of ancient Egypt, Greece, India, Italy and Babylon helped lay the foundation for occultism, meaning “hidden knowledge.” One of the earliest writings giving reference to occultism is the Egyptian Book of the Dead, a compilation of rituals explicitly describing methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions and the casting of spells and hypnotism, ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the initiate. These have been the main ingredients for a part of occultism known as Satanism, throughout the ages. During the 13th Century, the Roman Catholic Church increased and solidified its dominion throughout Europe with the infamous Inquisition. Satanism survived this period of persecution, deeply entrenching itself under the veil of various esoteric groups. In 1776, a Bavarian Jesuit by the name of  Adam Weishaupt was commissioned by the House of Rothschild to centralize the power base of the Mystery Religions into what is commonly known as the Illuminati, meaning “Enlightened Ones.” This was an amalgamation of powerful occultic bloodlines, elite secret societies and influential Masonic fraternities, with the desire to construct the framework for a “New World Order.” The outward goal of this Utopia was to bring forth universal happiness to the human race. However, their underlying intention was to gradually increase control over the masses, thus becoming masters of the planet. The Anglo AllianceBy the 19th Century, Great Britain and Germany were recognized as the primary geographic areas of Illuminati control. It then should be of little surprise to know the first work in Behavioral Science research was established in England in 1882, while much of the early medical and psychiatric techniques involved in mind control were pioneered at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany.  The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was set up in London in 1921 to study the “breaking point” of humans. Kurt Lewin, a German psychologist, became the director of the Tavistock Institute in 1932, about the same time Nazi Germany was increasing its research into neuropsychology, parapsychology and multi-generational occultism.Interestingly, a progressive exchange of scientific ideas was taking place between England and Germany, most notably in the field of eugenics: the movement devoted to “improving” the human species through the control of hereditary factors in mating. The nefariously enigmatic union between the two countries was bonded, partly through the Order of the Golden Dawn, a secret society which consisted of many high ranking officials in the Nazi party and British aristocracy. Top SS Nazi officer Heinrich Himmler, was in charge of a scientific project called Lebersborn, which included selective breeding and adoption of children, a peculiarly large number of twins among them. The purpose of the program was to create a super-race (Aryans) who would have total allegiance to the cause of the Third Reich New World Order. Much of the preliminary experimentation concerning genetic engineering and behavior modification was conducted by Dr. Josef Mengele at Auschwitz, where he coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-bonding, eye-coloring and “twinning” upon his victims.  Beside the insidious surgical experimentation performed at the concentration camp, some of the children were subjected to massive amounts of electroshock. Sadly, many of them did not survive the brutality. Concurrently, Mind Control was carried out on inmates at Dachau, who were placed under hypnosis and given the hallucinogenic drug mescaline. During the war, parallel behavioral research was led by Dr. George Estabrooks of Colgate University. His involvement with the US Army, CIA, FBI and other agencies remains shrouded in secrecy.  However, Estabrooks would occasionally “slip” and discuss his work involving the creation of hypno-programmed couriers and hypnotically-induced split personalities.After the Second World War the US Department of Defense DOD secretly imported many of the top German Nazi and Italian Fascist scientists and spies into the United States via South America and the Vatican. The code name for this operation was Project PAPERCLIP. One of the more prominent finds for America was German General Reinhard Gehlen. Hitler’s Chief of Intelligence against  Russia. Upon arriving in Washington DC on the 26th of November 1945, Reinhard Gehlen met extensively with President Harry S. Truman, General William Wild Bill”Donovan, Director of the Office of Strategic Services OSS and Allen Dulles, who would later become the stalwart head of the CIA. The objective of their brain-storming sessions was to reorganize the nominal American intelligence operation, transforming it into a highly-efficient covert organization.  The culmination of their efforts produced the Central Intelligence Group in 1946, renamed the Central Intelligence Agency CIA in 1947. Reinhard Gehlen also had profound influence in helping to create the National Security Council, from which the National Security Act of 1947 was derived. This particular piece of legislation was implemented to protect an unconscionable number of illegal government activities, including clandestine mind control programs. The Evolution of Project MKULTRAWith the CIA and National Security Council firmly established, the first in a series of covert brain-washing programs was initiated by the Navy in the fall of 1947. Project CHATTER was developed in response to the Soviet’s “successes” through the use of “truth drugs.” This rationale, however was simply a cover story if the program were to be exposed. The research focused on the identification and testing of such drugs for use in interrogations and the recruitment of agents. The project was officially terminated in 1953. The CIA decided to expand their efforts in the area of behavior modification, with the advent of Project BLUEBIRD, approved by director Allen Dulles in 1950. Its objectives were to: 1) Discover a means of conditioning personnel to prevent unauthorized extraction of information from them by known means 2) Investigate the possibility of control of an individual by application of special interrogation techniques 3) Investigate memory enhancement. 4) Establish defensive means for preventing hostile control of agency personnel. On the 10th of August 1951, Project BLUE BIRD was renamed Project ARTICHOKE, which evaluated offensive uses of interrogation techniques, including hypnosis and drugs The program ceased in 1956.  Three years prior to the halt of Project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA came into existence on April 13, 1953 along the lines proposed by Richard Helms, Deputy Director of Central Intelligence DDCI with the rationale of establishing a “special funding mechanism of extreme sensitivity.”[6] The hypothetical etymology of “MK” may possibly stand for “Mind Kontrolle.” The obvious translation of the German word “Kontrolle” into English is “control.”A host of German doctors, procured from the post war Nazi talent pool, were an invaluable asset toward the development of MKULTRA. The correlation between the concentration camp experiments and the numerous sub-projects of MKULTRA are clearly evident. The various avenues used to control human behavior under MKULTRA included radiation, electroshock, psychology, psychiatry, sociology, anthropology, graphology, harassment substances and paramilitary devices and materials “LSD” being the most widely dispensed “material”. A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was established to govern the use of MKULTRA abroad. MKULTRA/DELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting or disabling purposes.[8] Of the 149 subprojects under the umbrella of MKULTRA having been identified, Project MONARCH, officially begun by the U.S. Army in the early 1960’s although unofficially implemented much earlier) appears to be the most prominent and is still classified as TOP SECRET for National Security reasons. MONARCH may have culminated from MKSEARCH subprojects, such as operation SPELLBINDER, which was set up to create “sleeper” assassins who could be activated upon receiving a key word or phrase while in a post-hypnotic trance. Operation OFTEN, a study which attempted to harness the power of occultic forces was possibly one of several cover programs to hide the insidious reality of Project MONARCH. Definition and DescriptionThe name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly. When a person is undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like a butterfly. There is also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy, inactivity ), to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species unique. Occultic symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning Psyche is the word for both “soul” and “butterfly” coming from the belief that human souls become butterflies while searching for a new reincarnation. Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a symbol of corrupt flesh. During this process, a Satanic ritual, usually including Cabalistic mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course, most skeptics would view this as simply a means to enhance trauma within the victim.  negating any irrational belief that demonic possession actually occurs. Alters and TriggersAnother way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is by looking at it as a complex computer program: A File or Alter is created through trauma, repetition and reinforcement. In order to activate or trigger the file, a specific access code or password or cue or command is required. The victim or survivor is called a “slave” by the  programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as “master” or “god.” About 75 percent are female, since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable.  A former military officer connected to the DIA, told this writer, “In the ‘big picture’ these people [MONARCH Mind Control Victims] are in all walks of life, from the bum on the street to the white-collar guy”. In corroboration, a retired CIA Special Agent vaguely discussed the use of such personnel to be used as “plants” or “chameleons” for the purpose of infiltrating a designated group, gathering information and injecting an ulterior agenda. There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on an axis. One of the main internal structures of which their are many within the system is shaped like a DNA Double Helix, consisting of seven levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees the Gatekeeper Demons who grant or deny entry into the different rooms. A few of the internal images predominately seen by victims or survivors are trees, the Kabbalah Tree of Life with adjoining root systems, infinity loops, ancient symbols and letters, spider webs, mirrors or glass shattering, masks, castles, mazes, demons/monsters/aliens, sea shells, butterflies, snakes, ribbons, bows, flowers, hour glasses, clocks, robots, chain-of-command diagrams and schematics of computer circuitry boards. Bloodlines and TwinningA majority of the victims or survivors come from multi-generational Satanic Family Bloodlines and are ostensibly programmed “to fill their destiny as the chosen ones or chosen generations”, a term coined by Doctor Joseph Mengele at Auschwitz. Some are adopted out to families of similar origin. Others used in this neurological nightmare are deemed as the “Expendable Ones” usually coming from orphanages, foster care homes, or incestuous families with a long history of pedophilia. There also appears to be a pattern of family members affiliated with government or military intelligence agencies. Many of the abused come from families who use Roman Catholicism, Mormonism or Charismatic Christianity as a “front” for their abominable activities, though members of other religious groups are also involved. Victims or survivors generally respond more readily to a rigid religious hierarchical structure because it parallels their base programming. Authority usually goes unchallenged, as their will has been usurped through subjective and command-oriented conditioning. Physical identification characteristics on victims or survivors often include multiple electrical prod scars and resultant moles on their skin. A few may have had various parts of their bodies mutilated by knives, branding irons, or needles, Butterfly or occult tattoos are also common. Generally, bloodliners are less likely to have the subsequent markings, as their skin is to “remain pure and unblemished.” The ultimate purpose of the sophisticated manipulation of these individuals may sound unrealistic, depending upon our interpretive understanding of the physical and spiritual realms. The deepest and darkest alters within bloodliners are purported to be dormant until the Anti-Christ is revealed. These New World Order Alters supposedly contain call-back orders and instructions to train and initiate a large influx of people who are possibly Clones or Soulless Ones thereby stimulating social control programs into the new millennium.  Non-biological “twinning” is yet another bizarre feature observed within MONARCH Programming. For instance, two young non related children would be ceremoniously initiated in a magical “soul-bonding” ritual so they might be “inseparably paired for eternity” possibly another Doctor Joseph Mengele connection. They essentially share two halves of the programmed information, making them interdependent upon one another. Paranormal phenomenon such as Astral Projection, Telepathy and ESP appear to be more pronounced between those who have undergone this process. Levels of MONARCH ProgrammingALPHA. Regarded as “general” or regular programming within the base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victims personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulation. BETA. Referred to as “sexual” programming. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.  THETA considered to the “psychic” programming.  Bloodliners or those coming from Multi-Generational Satanic Families were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Another form of system protection is through “deception” programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. Method and ComponentsThe initial process begins with creating dissociation within the subject, usually occurring from the time of birth to about six years. This is primarily achieved through the use of Electro Convulsive Therapy ECT and is at times performed even when the child is in the mother’s womb. Due to the severe trauma induced through ECT, sexual abuse and other methods, the mind splits off into alternate personalities from the core.  Formerly referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH Programming. This is achieved through the use of hi-tech headsets, in conjunction with computer-drivengenerators which emit inaudible sound waves or harmonics that affect the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious and unconscious mind.  “Virtual Reality” optical devices are sometimes used simultaneously with the harmonic generators projecting pulsating colored lights, subliminals and split-screen visuals. High voltage electroshock is then used for memory dissolution. Programming is updated periodically and reinforced through visual, auditory and written mediums. Some of the first programming themes included the Wizard of Oz and Alice In Wonderland, both heavily saturated with occultic symbolism. In the movie, Grandmother Willow is a mystical 400 year old tree who counsels the motherless Pochahontas to listen to her heart and help her realize all the answers lie within.  Grandmother Willow is constantly talking in “double-speak” and using “reversals” or “sometimes the right path is not the easiest one”; the esoteric derivative being: the left path is the easiest one.  In Illuminati Structured MPD Systems, the willow tree represents the occultic powers of Druidry and Druidism. The intrinsic imagery of the tree’s branches, leaves and root systems are very significant, as some of the dark spiritual proper ties associated with the Willow Tree Programming are: 1)The branches are used to whip victims in rituals for “cleansing” purposes.2) A willow tree can endure severe weather disturbances and is known for it’s pliability or flexibility.  Victims/Survivors of the programming describe the willow’s branches wrapping around them, with no hope of escape. 3) The deep root system of the willow tree makes the victim/survivor feel as if they are falling deeper and deeper into an abyss while in a hypnotic trance. Music plays an instrumental role in programming, through combinations of variable tones, rhythms and words. Frightmeister Stephen King’s numerous novels and subsequent movies, are purported by credible sources to be used for such villainous purposes. Programmers and PlacesIt’s difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this satanic project was, due to the substantial amount of disinformation and cross-contamination propagated by the “powers that be.” The two that went by the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor named Dr.  Gruenbaum, who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis during the Second World War and Dr. Josef Mengele, whose trademark of cold blooded and calculating brutality has not only scarred the souls of survivors from Auschwitz, but also a countless number of victims throughout the world. Mengele’s direct involvement at the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp was suspiciously downplayed during the Nuremberg Trials, and consequently no intensified effort by the U.S. and it’s allies was directed toward his capture. As a means to confuse serious investigators as to his whereabouts DIA and CIA officials would report Dr. Joseph Mengele being a non-threatening, recluse in Paraguay or Brazil, or that he was simply dead.His unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives, undoubtedly was a significant bonus to U.S. interests, Besides using the pseudonym of Dr. Green, survivors knew him as Vaterchen or Daddy, Schoner Josef or Beautiful Joseph, David and Fairchild. A gracefully handsome man of slight stature, Mengele would disarm people with his gentle demeanor,while at other times, he would explode into violent rages. Other characteristics remembered by survivors were the cadence of his shiny black boots as he paced back and forth and his I-love-you/l-love-you-not” daisy game. When he pulled off the last daisy petal, he would maliciously torture and kill a small child in front of the other child he was programming. Distraught survivors also recalled being thrown naked into cages with monkeys, who were trained to viciously abuse them.  Evidently, Mengele enjoyed reducing people to the level of animals. He also would purposely restrain his victims from crying, screaming, or showing any excessive emotion. Dr. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. Edward White, was the former head of the Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because of Cameron’s extensive experience and credentials, the ClA’s Allen Dulles funneled millions of dollars throughout organizations like the society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, which Dr. Ewen Cameron ruthlessly presided over. Experimentations were conducted at several locations in Montreal, mostly at McGill University, St Mary’s Hospital and Allan Memorial Institute. Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as electroshock drug injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the technique of “psychic driving,” wherein unsuspecting patients were kept in a drug induced coma for several weeks and administered a regimen of electroshocks, while electronic helmets were strapped to their heads and repetitive auditory messages were transmitted at variable speeds. Many of those exploited were abused children which had been run through the Roman Catholic orphanage system.  Not surprisingly, Dr Ewen Cameron has been conveniently left out of most psychiatric journals. A former US Army Lieutenant Colonel in the DIA’s Psychological Warfare Division PWD, Michael Aquino, is the latest in a line of alleged government-sponsored sadists. Before entering, they must pull on a protective hood, don breathing apparatus and pass through electronic fingerprint and retina scanners to prove their identity.Inside the lab lies a batch of a virus, designated a "select agent", that more than justifies the extreme level of security. Resurrected nearly 90 years after it spread around the globe, leaving an estimated 50 million people dead, it is a replica of the 1918 Spanish flu virus.The recreation of the virus, which was driven by an urge to unravel why the 1918 pandemic was so devastating, has raised as many fears as it has hopes. While the researchers argue the work will hugely improve protection against natural flu viruses, critics say there is a real danger the virus will escape, with potentially disastrous consequences.The recreation process was laborious. Scientists collected fragments of the virus from lung tissue taken from victims at the time and preserved in formalin or, in one case, isolated from the lungs of a woman victim whose body had later become frozen in the Alaskan permafrost. Using the fragments, they painstakingly pieced together and read the complete genetic code before using the sequence to rebuild the virus from scratch.By injecting it into mice, the team led by Dr Jeffery Taubenberger at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Maryland was able to establish just how ferociously effective it was, compared with more common flu strains. All the mice infected died within a few days; all infected with contemporary strains recovered. "I didn't expect it to be as lethal as it was," Dr Terrence Tumpey, a scientist on the project from the US Centres of Disease Control and Prevention, told the journal Nature.By creating flu strains with only certain parts of the 1918 Spanish Influenza Virus, researchers investigated which of the eight genes that make up the virus were most responsible for its virulence. They discovered that rather than being caused by one or two genes, they all played a part, which suggests that the virus had completely adapted to cause disease in humans, something they say could happen again with avian flu strains.In a second paper, published in Nature today, Dr Taubenberger and colleagues at the US Centres for Disease Control and Protection analysed the genetic make-up of the recreated virus. Surprisingly, they found it had no similarities to any of the human viruses in circulation, suggesting that the Spanish strain had jumped from birds to humans, and didn't mix with a human virus first, as had been believed.The finding that Spanish flu came straight from birds has raised concerns among scientists. Previously, a pandemic was only thought likely if an avian strain merged with a human flu virus. "For me, it raises even more concern than I already had about the pending potential of a flu pandemic," said Professor Ronald Atlas, co-director of the centre for the deterrence of biowarfare and bioterrorism at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. "It looks as though an avian strain evolved in 1918 and that led to the deadly outbreak, in much the same way as we're now seeing the Asian avian flu strains evolve."According to Dr Taubenberger, knowing what mutations gave rise to the 1918 Spanish flu virus will help scientists check viruses to work out which, if any, are evolving to the point where a pandemic is possible. Leave it cool down.Mix the chiken with fish sauce and then add lemon juice; add green onion, red onion, pepper, and mint leaves; add fish sauce or lemon juice to taste. Add the roasted rice powder. Taste it one more time and add ingredients until it tastes right. Eat with rice or sticky rice. Look for some crunchy vegetable like lettuce or napa to eat it with.To prepare the grounded roasted rice: first of all heated a pan and put in one cup of rice, stir it back and forth until it is getting brown. Use a coffee grounder to grind it. Some like it fine while others may like it rough. The rough one could add texture to your laab. If you cannot find green pepper, use the dried one but you have to roast it first and then grind it. The laab should have a combination of sourness, saltyness, and hotness. Spicy Chicken with Thai BasilMakes 1 ServingIngredients8 oz. thinly Sliced Chicken2 oz. fresh chopped Thai Basil leavesFish sauce tot taste3 oz. sliced white onions3 oz. sliced bell peppers1.5 oz. Tom Ka Gai: Chicken Soup with Coconut Milk2 inches of galanga root5 stalks (the bottom 6 inches) of lemon grass5 loation leaves (these smell like celantro and look like dandelions)5 kaffir (lime) leaves (try lemon balm?)some small green chilis2 cups of angle (look like oyster) mushrooms4 cups of coconut milk1lb chicken breasts (in mouth sized pieces)Boil the milk in a pan until the oil starts to separate, add the greens, then the chicken, some fish sauce, and the juice of one lime. Garnish with celantro leaves. Nu Yang Nam Tok Salad: Grilled BeefMakes 1 ServingIngredients1 - 10 oz. NY Strip Steak 2 tablespoons of ground roasted Sweet Rice 1.50 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice Fish sauce to taste1 teaspoon Nam Prik Poaw (chili paste)Dry red or fresh chili peppers Season to taste, usually 1-2 chopped chili's or 1/8 teaspoon will do.1/4 cup sliced Red Onion 1/8 cup chopped Green Onion 1 fresh Tomato (Sliced into wedges)3 - 4 pieces of Leaf LettuceGrill the Steak to you liking. Then slice into thin (1/8") pieces Place all ingredients except the rice and lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Toss well.Place the lettuce on a serving bowl. Place the Salad mixture over the lettuce. Sprinkle the sweet rice over the top. Garnish with Tomatoes.  

Chilled Salsa SoupIngredients: 4 Cucumbers 4 4 green bell peppers 4 Pack of JUVO 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves 2 cups diced scallions 1/2 cup Mexican-style canned mild green chiles2 cloves garlic1 Tbs. white wine vinegar 1. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and slice into chunks. Dice bell peppers. Place cucumbers, peppers, cilantro, scallions and green chiles in blender or food processor add 1 pack of JUVO and zip till smooth. 2.Add garlic, vinegar, salt, oil and mix well. 3.Add water, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and vinegar. Thin soup by adding more water if needed. 4. Fill two ice-cube trays with chilled soup and freeze overnight. 5. Pack frozen cubes with chilled soup in large insulated containers. At serving time, pour soup into cups and top with a large spoonful of salsa. Miso Noodle SoupMakes a good six bowls - a very nutritious soup aiding digestion.Ingredients:about 3 pints of water1 onion, chopped4 carrots finely cut into inch long strips4 sticks of celery cut up much the same as the carrotsabout 10 kale leaves (or other green veg like brocolli or cabbage)about a cup of dried corn/rice noodles (you can substitute any but these are great)2 tablespoons of fresh miso (the fresh has the best taste and texture but is the domain of health food shop fridges - you can buy dried miso soups and noodles in many supermarkets)a little seasalt as desiredBring the water to the boil as you prepare and add the vegetables and noodles. Let simmer for about 10 minutes then mix the miso in a cup of hot but not boiling water to disolve it. Take the soup off the heat once the noodles are soft and mix in the miso and salt.Carrot and Butterbean SoupMakes about 6 big bowls - was a lovely supper with some rice salad and a vegan sausage roll as described by the Vegan VillageIngredients:1 tablespoon of sunflower oil1 onion, chopped4 cloves of garlic, chopped about 8 large to medium carrots, scraped and cut up into chunks1 tin of cooked butter beans (large limas), about 400g2 pints/4 cups/1200ml of water approxa little seasalt as desiredFry the onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes and then add the carrot and stir well. Add water and bring to the boil - turn down to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until the carrot is cooked through. Add the beans and cook for a further 5 minutes or so until they are properly heated through. Season and liquidise - was nice left a little rough but you might prefer to keep going until smooth.Butternut SoupVery simple but also very tasty and nourishing! Nice on its own or with some rice or pasta popped on the top.Ingredients:1 tablespoon of sunflower oil1 onion, chopped4 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and roughly chopped2 pints/4 cups/1200ml of water approxsalt and pepper as desiredFry the onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes and then add the squash and stir well. Add water and bring to the boil - turn down to simmer and cook until the squash is tender (about 20 minutes). Alternatively, if making in advance you can slow cook by bringing to the boil and then turning off and leaving for at least an hour. Season and liquidise until smooth.Spiced Carrot and Celery SoupColourful, lively and warming.Ingredients:1 tabespoon of olive oil1 large onion, chopped2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon of curry powder6 medium carrots, roughly chopped4 large sticks of celery, cut into pieces2 pints/4 cups/1200ml of waterseasalt to tasteFry the onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes and then add the curry powder and stir to release the flavours. Add the carrots, celery and water and cook gently until the vegetables are tender. Whizz up in a liquidiser/blender until smooth and add salt.Minted Noodle SoupAlthough a hot dish it is nice for summer days as the mint is refreshing. This does make a large pot - it worked out well for a family of four to have over two lunches, storing it in the fridge overnight. Ingredients:250g/6oz (half a standard pack) of spaghettiapprox 9 or 10 cups of water/about 4 pints4 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped 1 large onion, chopped5 sticks of celery, diced quite smalla good handful of fresh mint (or 3 teaspoons of dried)seasalt to tasteBreak the spaghetti up into small pieces (about 6 cm./2 inches long) into a large saucepan. Cover with the water and turn up the heat to full. Bring to the boil while you prepare and add the other ingredients with the exception of the mint. Once boiling turn down to simmer for about 15 minutes until everything is cooked. Add the mint and cook for a further 2 or 3 minutes and serve sprinkled with generous amounts of chopped fresh parsley (optional but it was really good!).Lentil, Garlic and Rosemary SoupA cleansing and fortifying soup for the winter, combining the immune boosting properties of garlic and rosemary with the nutritious content of the lentils and carrots (zinc, iron and carotenes) . This recipe makes a large pot of soup - will feed 6 people at 2 sittings or you could freeze half for later.Ingredients:500g/12oz/2 cups of red lentilsapprox 9 or 10 cups of water1 whole bulb of garlic, peeled and finely chopped either a large sprig of fresh rosemary, finely chopped or two teaspoons of dried4 medium carrots diced quite smallseasalt to tastePlace the lentils in a large saucepan and cover with the water - bring to the boil while preparing the other ingredients. Reduce to a simmer and add the garlic, rosemary and carrots. Cook for a further 20 minutes until everything is ready and add the salt.Yellow Split Pea SoupA simple warming, filling soup for winter days.Ingredients:2 cups of dried yellow split peas, washed and soaked in water overnight5 or 6 cups of water1 large onion, chopped3 carrots, chopped small1 small turnip (or neep!) cut into small cubesSalt and pepper to tastePlace the split peas in a large saucepan and cover well with water. Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for about an hour or until the peas are soft and starting to go a bit mushy. Add the onion, carrots and neep and cook for a further 20 minutes until everything is tender. Season and enjoy with wholemeal bread.Vegetable and Barley SoupIngredients:5 or 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed2 leeks cut into round slices3 carrots, roughly chopped5 celery sticks, cut onto chunks1 cup of dried pearl barley2 heads of swiss chard (or similar green leaf such as leaf beet or a couple of handfuls of spinach), choppedenough water to coverSalt and pepper to tasteVery simple to prepare this one! Place all your vegetables except the chard in a large pan with the barley. Cover well with water, boil and simmer until everything is cooked. Add the chard and salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Leek, Potato and Pea SoupA chunky, filling winter soup. These quantities make a large pan of soup - they can easily be reduced by half if desired.Ingredients:2 tablespoons of sunflower oil2 medium leeks, sliced widthways into thin round slices2 or 3 cloves of garlic (crushed, optional)6-8 large potatoes, cut into chunks (about 2 or 3 cm.)2 tablespoons of white flour1 cup of frozen peas5 or 6 cups of waterSalt and pepper to tasteCook the leeks and garlic, if using, in the sunflower oil for a few minutes then stir in the flour. Add one cup of water and stir well to blend. Add the potatoes and the rest of the water (you may need to adjust the quantity slightly - make sure all the vegetables are well covered). Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, and then turn down to simmer until the potatoes are just about cooked. Finally add the peas and cook for a further few minutes until tender. Season to taste. Sweet Potato and Tomato SoupThis soup is rich in vitamins A, C and E and also quite high in iron. If topped with pasta or rice it is also a good source of protein and carbohydrate.Ingredients:A little olive oil1 onion2 or 3 cloves of garlic (optional)2 or 3 large sweet potatoes (the pink fleshed variety), peeled and roughly chopped1 tin of tomatoes (approx. 400g/12oz)Salt and pepper to tasteFry the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a few moments. Add the sweet potatoes and tomatoes and simmer until the potatoes are just tender. Add the salt and pepper and liquidise until smooth. My family loves this soup with some whole-wheat pasta and fresh herbs on top, but you could also use rice or just have it on it's own with some bread.Peppery Pumpkin Soup Ingredients:2 onions, choppedA little vegetable oil or vegan margarineThe flesh of 1 pumpkin3 to 4 cups of soya milkseasalt to tastefreshly ground black or mixed pepper to taste (we like lots)Fry the onion in the oil or margarine for a few minutes until soft then add the pumpkin and salt and cook for a further few minutes. Add the soya milk and bring to the boil - reduce heat and simmer gently until the pumpkin flesh is soft. Place the soup in a liquidiser and blend until smooth and frothy. Add the pepper - we find it a good idea to let everyone add their own.Basic Tattie SoupThis is so basic it hardly constitutes a 'recipe'! It is very simple and fairly bland - children love it.Ingredients:Onions (1 or 2), choppedA little sunflower oilPotatoes (2 lb/1 kilo/6 cups), cut into chunksCarrots (about 1 lb/450g/3 cups), cut into chunksTurnip (8oz/200g/1 cup) - optionalKale (or dark green cabbage) choppedGarlic to taste, choppedHerbs of your choice, fresh or dried (we tend to use sage)Seasalt to tasteFry the onion in the sunflower oil for a few minutes to seal the flavour then place all the other ingredients except the kale or cabbage in a pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer until the vegetables are cooked (15 - 20 minutes). Add the green vegetables 5 - 10 minutes before cooking is finished to prevent them being over-cooked. Mash well.The quantities given make quite a large pan of soup - we eat half one day and store the rest in the fridge until the next day - you may wish to change the quantities to suit your needs.Cream of Nettle SoupDon't worry - they don't sting when cooked! Nettles are very nutrient rich and of course - free! Don't gather them beside a busy road where they will have been contaminated by traffic fumes - we pick them in our garden. If you keep cutting them from springtime you get a regular supply of fresh leaves. Ingredients:2 tablespoons of vegan margarine or oil2 tablespoons of white flour1 onion, roughly chopped2 cloves garlic, choppedFreshly picked and washed young nettles (several good handfuls - picked with gloves and caution!)2 cups soya milk1 cup water or stocksalt and pepper to tasteFry the onion and garlic in the oil or marg. for a few minutes then stir in the nettles (no need to chop or remove stalks) until they soften. Stir in the flour and gradually add the soya milk and water or stock, stirring all the time. Add seasonings and liquidise. Tomato and Avocado Soup This soup also contains vitamins A, C and E and is highly nutritious, as it is completely raw.Ingredients:1 large or 2 small avocadosI tin of tomatoes A good handful of fresh lovageParsley to taste1 stick of celerysmall amount of seasalt1 cup of apple juice1 cup of waterPlace all the above in a blender and liquidise until smooth. Can be served chilled.Carol's Minestrone SoupIngredients:1 onion, chopped1 clove of garlic, minced 1 leek, sliced1 carrot, diced1 pepper, diced1 potato, diced or new potatoes, sliced1 small can sweetcorn1 small can black eyed beans1 handful of pasta2 1/2 pints/7 cups of good stock (marigold vegan powder)Adjust stock to taste may need more/less1 heaped teaspoon of marmitemixed herbssalt and pepperFry onion and garlic, add other ingredients, expect beans and pasta and cook for approx 15/20 mins until vegetables are tender. Add beans and pasta cook for another 10/15 mins. Serve with nutritional yeast on top or with crusty bread.

CIA Experiments With Mind Control On ChildrenBy Jon Rappoport25th of March 2002The CIA mind-control apparatus has been well known since the 1st of January 1975 when 10 large boxes of documents were released pursuant to Freedom of Information Act requests.Several good books were then written on the subject of the CIA program known as MK-ULTRA. Officially spanning ten years from 1952 to 1962, MK-ULTRA involved the use of LSD on unwitting military and civilian subjects in the United States of America. LSD and more powerful compounds were given under duress as brainwashing and truth serum drugs. The program's aim was to find drugs which would irresistibly bring out deep confessions or wipe a subject' s mind clean and program him or her as "a robot agent."In experimental test situations, people were given acid without their knowledge, then interrogated under bright lights with doctors sitting in the background taking notes. Threats would be made. The test subjects were told that their LSD "downer trips" would be extended indefinitely if they refused to reveal their closely-guarded military secrets. The people being interrogated in this way were CIA employees, U.S. military personnel and, abroad, agents suspected of working for the other side in the Cold War. Long-term severe debilitation and several documented deaths resulted. Much, much more could be said about MK-ULTRA.None of this prepared people for the explosive testimony made on March 15, 1995, in Washington, D.C., before the President's Committee on Radiation, however. In unpublicized sessions, New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients who had uncovered memories of being part of extensive CIA brainwashing programs as young children (in one case, starting at age seven). Their brainwashing included torture, rape, electroshock, powerful drugs, hypnosis and death threats. According to their testimony, the CIA then induced amnesia to prevent their recalling these terrifying sessions.Both Wolf and her patients stated that they recovered the memories of this CIA program without regression or hypnosis techniques. In other words, these patients spontaneously discovered this information about themselves and their pasts.Although the committee was mainly concerned with radiation, they permitted Valerie and her patients to testify because, astonishingly, several doctors who had administered the mind- control experiments had also been identified by other Americans secretly exposed to radiation. Apparently there was a crossover.Prominent names surfaced in the March 15 testimony: Richard Helms, former head of the CIA, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, who ran MK- ULTRA and Dr. John Gittinger, Gottlieb's protege. These men and others were directly accused of participating in grisly mind- control efforts on children.Predictably, this testimony received no media attention.I now have it all, including many pages submitted to the committee that will likely never be released as part of their final report. Only a small percentage of the pages were read aloud at the hearing. Included are corroborating statements from other therapists around the country and several of their patients. I have now released all of this testimony as a book, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments On Children.When the sickening shock starts to wear off, deeply disturbing questions flood one's mind: just what was this CIA program? How extensive was it? What was its purpose?From what I have been able to discover so far, many American children, as well as children from Mexico and South America, were used over a period of about 40 years, starting around 1948. In fact, the program may still be going on. Doctors and agents who administered it wanted to obtain control over the minds of these children, ostensibly to create superagents who wouldn't remember even what missions they carried out, because of hypnotically induced amnesia (which could be removed by their controllers and reinstalled at will). (1)Children were trained as sex agents, for example, with the job of blackmailing prominent Americans -- primarily politicians, businessmen and educators. A great deal of filming was done for this purpose. Eventually, people from the inner core of the CIA program filmed each other, and some of the centers where children were used as sex agents got out of control and turned into CIA-operated sex rings.Some children were considered expendable and simply murdered.One person who states that he was in this program as a child said, off the record:"They tried out their brainwashing techniques on the kids from Mexico and South America. They were considered expendable. But on another echelon of the program, they went after the best and the brightest American kids. Making perfect agents to combat the Soviets wasn't, I don't think, their ultimate objective. I can't remember what that was."At this point, I made a suggestion:"Well, if they were choosing the best and brightest, maybe they figured these kids would one day rise to important positions in the society, and they wanted to gain long-term control over them, so they would be under their thumb, so they could tap them at will -- a way of controlling the future society.""Maybe," he said. "The Nazis gained control over the intelligentsia in Germany. That was a very key step in their dominance. That was the first thing they did"."This smells very much like a Nazi program in the U.S.," I said. "I don't mean all the controllers were German, but the style of it, the insanity."He said, "They brought over a lot of Nazi doctors after the war and not just to build rockets -- for a lot of projects."Other people who said that they had been used as children in the program remember that doctors with German accents were definitely present at the sessions. One therapist, who shared this information informally with colleagues around the country, states that, so far, the oldest person she has heard of who was in the program is now 52; the youngest is now nine.Since a number of people who were brainwashed, tortured and drugged in these experiments try to resolve their experiences in therapy, psychiatrists and other professional therapists are hearing these stories. They are told, for example, that CIA controllers sometimes dressed up in Satanic costumes to further traumatize the children, also providing a cover that wouldn't be believed if the children ever talked.It is worth noting that there is a movement to discredit these " recovered" memories, and the most prominent group, the False Memory Syndrome Foundation (FMSF), has several board members with CIA or military-intelligence connections -- including the notorious Dr. Louis "Jolly" West of UCLA, who tried to establish a center for "the study of violence" at the university in the 1970s. This center's specialty would have been psychosurgery, a horrendous melting of brain connections, supposedly to curb people's "violent tendencies."FMSF maintains that a person always remembers abuse done to him or her, and therefore any new recovery of it in therapy is false and must have been fabricated through misleading suggestions by the therapist. While it is certainly true that such inducement happens in therapy, the blanket statement that all recovered memory is invented is unsubstantiated.In a written statement to Dr. Wolf that was included in her testimony to the president's committee, well-known researcher and psychiatrist, Colin Ross said,"Published articles in my files include descriptions of administration of 150 mcg of LSD to children age 5-10 years on a daily basis for days, weeks, months, and in a few cases even years. Neurosurgeons at Tulane, Yale, and Harvard did extensive research on brain electrode implants with intelligence funding, and combined brain implants with Large numbers of drugs including hallucinogens."Ross based his report on his more than 20 years of investigating CIA mind control.Chris De Nicola, one of Dr. Wolf's patients who testified before the president's committee, named her controller as a Dr. Greene, a name reported by several other mind-control subjects. It may well be that this name was a cover used by various CIA and military-contracted experimenter-torturers. Here is a quote from her testimony:"[Dr. Greene] used me in radiation experiments both for the purpose of determining the effects of radiation on various parts of my body and to terrorize me as an additional trauma in the mind-control experiments. [She was eight years old.]"The rest of the experiments took place in Tucson, Arizona, out in the desert. I was taught how to pick locks, be secretive, use my photographic memory to remember things and a technique to withhold information by repeating numbers to myself. [She is obviously talking about being trained as an agent.]"Dr. Greene moved on to wanting me to kill dolls that looked like real children. I stabbed a doll with a spear once after being severely tortured, but the next time I refused. He used many techniques but as I got older I resisted more and more.He often tied me down in a cage, which was near his office. Between 1972 and 1976 he and his assistants were sometimes careless and left the cage unlocked. Whenever physically possible, I snuck -into his office and found files with reports and memos addressed to CIA and military personnel. Included in these files were project, subproject, subject and experiment names with some code numbers for radiation mind-control experiments which I have submitted in my written documentation. I was caught twice and Dr. Greene tortured me ruthlessly with electric shock, drugs, spinning on a table, putting shots in my stomach, in my back, dislocating my joints and hypnotic techniques to make me feel crazy and suicidal..."Is there a precedent for this kind of sadistic treatment by CIA and military personnel? Indeed there is. Here is a quote from the introduction to my book, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments On Children. It contains information from reliable published sources; such as The Search for the Manchurian Candidate, by John Marks (2), Acid Dreams, by Martin Lee (3) and The Mind Manipulators, by Alan Scheflin (4). In part, these authors derived their information on the CIA and MK-ULTRA from the ten boxes of information released suddenly in 1975 by the agency in response to Freedom of Information Act requests:"Dr. Robert Heath of Tulane University, as early as 1955, working for the Army, gave patients-LSD while he had electrodes implanted deep inside their brains."Canadian researcher, Dr. Ewan Cameron, under long-term CIA contract, attempted to depattern, and reprogram his psychiatric patients' personalities wholesale. He started with 15 to 65 days of 'sleep therapy,' during which a patient was kept under nearly 24 hours a day, through the administration of cocktails of Thorazine, Nembutal, Seconal, Veronal, and Phenergam. Throughout this sleep period, the patient would be awakened two or three times a day for electroshock treatments, given at an intensity 20-40 times the 'normal' convulsion-producing strength."In the mid-1950's, Paul Hoch, M.D., a man who would become Commissioner of Mental Hygiene for the State of New York, then a laborer in the field for the CIA, gave a 'pseudoneurotic schizophrenic' patient mescaline. The patient had a not- unfamiliar heaven-and-hell journey on the compound. But Hoch followed this up with a transorbital leucotomy...Hoch also gave a patient LSD, and a local anesthetic, and then proceeded to remove pieces of cerebral cortex, asking at various moments whether the patient's perceptions were changing."Claudia Mullin, the other of Dr. Wolf's patients who testified before the President's Committee on Radiation, said her experiences with CIA mind-control experiences began when she was seven years old:"In 1958, 1 was to be tested, they told me, by some important doctors coming from a place called the 'Society' [the Human Ecology Society, a CIA front]. I was told to cooperate; answer any of their questions. Then, since the test 'might hurt,' I would be given 'shots, x-rays, and a few jolts of electricity.' I was instructed not to look at anyone's face too hard and to ignore names,' as this was 'a very secret project' but to be brave an all those things would help me forget..."A Dr. John Gittinger tested me and Dr. Cameron gave me the shocks and Dr. Greene the x-rays...By the time I left to go home, just like every time from then on, I would recall nothing of my tests or the different doctors. I would only remember whatever explanations Dr. Robert G. Heath [of Tulane Medical School] gave me for the odd bruises, needle marks, burns on my head and fingers and even the genital soreness. I had no reason to believe otherwise. Already, they had begun to control my mind!"The next year, I was sent to a place in Maryland called Deep Creek Cabins to learn how to 'sexually please men.' Also, I was taught how to coerce them into talking about themselves. It was Richard Helms (Deputy Director of the CIA), Dr. Gottlieb, Captain George White and Morse Allen, who all planned on filming as many high government and agency officials and heads of academic institutions and foundations as possible...I was to become a regular little 'spy' for them, after that summer, eventually entrapping many unwitting men, including themselves, all with the use of a hidden camera. I was only nine when this kind of sexual humiliation began."Captain George White was a notorious agent for the CIA. He set up a brothel in San Francisco in the 1960s and, using hidden cameras, filmed men having sex with prostitutes. The men's drinks were "spiked" with LSD. In 1950, Morse Allen, another important CIA, man, was appointed head of Project BLUEBIRD, another CIA mind-control program.Ms. Mullin states that she was adopted when she was two years old. By the time she reached seven she had already been abused extensively by her mother. Her mother apparently turned her over for "testing" to CIA-connected people and Claudia then entered a 27-year period of what can only be called enslavement. Now living in New Orleans, she has given information to local police authorities about her situation. In her testimony to the president's committee, Claudia remarked,"Although the process of recalling these atrocities is certainly not an easy task, nor is it without some danger to myself and my family...I feel the risk is worth taking."Claudia's therapist, Dr. Wolf, has written to the president's committee,"To the best of my knowledge, [Claudia] has read nothing about mind-control or CIA covert operations. Since she decided to listen carefully and remember as much as she could about conversations among the researchers, her memories are extraordinarily complete. I have sent written copies of memories to Dr. Alan Scheflin [author of The Mind Manipulators] for validation and he has confirmed that she has knowledge of events and people that are not published anywhere, that some of her memories contain new information and that some are already known and published. Some of her memories have been confirmed by family members. She has also shown me old scrapbooks where she wrote notes to remember what was happening to her and hid the notes under pictures in the scrapbook."I spoke with Alan Scheflin in May of this year. He said he had found one piece of information Claudia had mentioned in her recollections that had no precedent in published material. The Atlantis Research Expedition Search For AtlantisBy Gregory Little12th of December 2003 As previously reported, during the 1st of January to the 30th of November 2003 A.R.E. Search for Atlantis Project, we unexpectedly discovered a three-tiered stone formation off the coast of Andros at Nicholls Town. The structure is about 150 feet wide and 450 yards long. It is comprised of huge blocks of stone, with most of the visible blocks 25 by 30 feet and two-feet thick. While we found the ruins of what appeared to be a ramp leading up the structure from the deeper lagoon on the inside of the formation, two other significant finds were made. The first of these finds was made as we were reviewing video for our documentary on the expeditions. While Greg was changing scuba tanks in the boat, Lora videotaped an area of the platform from the surface. However, because she was looking through a small viewfinder on the video camera, she couldn't see details on the bottom. In our later review of the video, an interesting finding was made. On the surface of one of the large blocks we could clearly see a square indentation 'bored' into the stone. The square indentation was about 5 by 5 inches. It was at least 4-5 inches deep, but had sand in it. Thus, we do not know how deep the square hole actually goes. It looked about the size of a square post hole. We also noted less impressive marks on a few stones but a few of these looked like cut marks. On the 26th of June 2003 June we returned to Andros. One of our major goals was to look at an area about a half-mile north of the platform. Dino Keller, the former dive operator who initially told us about the platform, told us that he had seen smaller stones in the area. Just north of the platform, a deep channel leads into the Nicholls Town lagoon, which is about 25-feet deep. We wanted to look at the channel and also look at the area further north. Initially we intended to stay at Andros for four days where we were supposed to meet a production crew from The Learning Channel. We were then to accompany them to Bimini where we would investigate the large circle and straight lines of the Bimini Road. However, the production crew couldn't get to Andros because of storms and other problems. Thus, we were in Andros for only two days and then met the crew at Bimini. The day we arrived at Andros we snorkeled the area north of the platform for about 2 hours. We saw the channel leading into the lagoon, however, we found something further north of the channel, which, at face value, seems incredible. About 200-300 yards off the shore, we encountered an expansive flat area which extended all the way out to the Tongue of the Ocean. The Tongue of the Ocean is a 2-mile deep trench that is 40-miles wide and extends the entire length of the island. While most of the flat bottom was covered by sand, there were several areas with almost no sand present. In all of these areas, we saw what appear to be paving stones fitted into place. These were all square or rectangular with the smallest ones about 2-feet square. The depth of the water in this area is 10-12 feet, about the same depth as the top tier of the platform. The Ancient Harbor TheoryOur analysis of the finds at both Andros and Bimini led us to a theory about the Bimini Road which was proposed back on the 24th of May 1969. The theory was suggested by the first two individuals who declared that the Bimini Road was primarily constructed from beachrock. The original discoverer of the Road, Doctor Joseph Manson Valentine asserted that most of the stones were beachrock and the French oceanographer Doctor Dimitri Rebikoff, agreed with him. Doctor Dimitri Rebikoff asserted that the layout of the Road site was similar to the ancient harbors of the Mediterranean and thought that the Road site may actually have been a breakwater enclosing a harbor lagoon. Both Doctor Dimitri Rebikoff and Doctor Joseph Manson Valentine's assertions were ignored by skeptics who, with nearly no supporting evidence, wrote that the Road was formed from natural beachrock, which fractured in place. The matter, at least for the skeptics, was closed. However, the skeptical reports also ignored the fact that many of the ancient Mediterranean Sea harbors were constructed from beachrock. The geologists who issued these reports either were not aware of the ancient harbors or they decided to ignore them because their existence complicated their conclusions about the Bimini Road. Beachrock has taken on a popular meaning that seems to imply a form of useless stone, however, in the Bahamas, beachrock is usually limestone. Of course, most of the Great Pyramid's one million stones are limestone. Our analysis led us to a possible theory about both sites at Andros and Bimini. The Andros platform has all the characteristics of an ancient breakwater enclosing a harbor. Its size and shape are in line with many of the dozens of ancient harbors discovered in the Mediterranean. Following the theory, the paved area to the north of the platform appears to be a quay: a paved staging area built at the most sophisticated harbors.The Bimini Road also fits the characteristics and dimensions one would expect for an ancient harbor. Skeptics have countered that the Road site has only one level of stones, but they conveniently ignore a well-known fact. In 1926, after a violent hurricane, numerous barge loads of stones were dredged up from the Road site and sent to Miami. At Miami, the stones were used to repair damaged breakwaters. It is interesting that this fact is always ignored in the skeptical reports. Perhaps one of the most important links between Bimini and Andros relating to Edgar Cayce's statements about Bimini is this: During the last Ice Age, when ocean levels were lower, Bimini and Andros were part of the same large island. In 10,000 BCE Bimini and Andros were part of the same large island of Atlantis. The Tongue of the Atlantic Ocean was a deep channel running through the middle of this island. Both Bimini and Nicholls Town would have been ideal way stations for ships.

The Remains Of Atlantis Physical remains of Altantis litter the Atlantic Ocean as the US Navy, US Marine Corp and US Coast Guard know full well. Also, you have been taught to view the ocean bottom is a contradictory way. In one respect, it's a pretty accepted view that the ocean floor spreads from a central line of volcanic uprise, pushing the continents on their merry ways. However, this perspective needs to be joined with another little idea. Planet Earth's crust bubbles. Particularly beneath the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean where the pressure of the water and that of the thinner crust create an energetic zone of crustal movement that is teh result of Tectonic Plate Movement. But the essential element to understand here is that the "solid" crust of the Earth actually floats upward and sinks downward as the larger process of bubbling takes place in the Earth Mantle and beyond. No one knows what is really down there. Illuminati Science simply guesses and passes it off as this great discovered truth. The Lyraen Atlanteans were a type of Human being but with major physical differences. The Lyraen Atlanteans originally had a Fourth Dimensiona Collective Consciousness. They were, in one sense intursions into this world because the Lemurian Reptilians were on Earth for over a 500,000 years before the Lyraen Atlanteans had been placed here. The Lyraen Atlanteans were EBE trouble makers who were removed from the Pleijaren Star Cluster because of the endless problems they were causing there as well. However, none of this is of any great revelation. What is more important at the moment is to discuss how Atlantis fell and where it can be physically located. The Sargasso Sea is a clear indicator. The Bimini Plateau with the Bimini Roads on it located on the edge of the Bahamas is the southern end of Atlantis and the Azores were part of North East Atlantis. The problem was that Atlantis as a continent sat on top of a Mantle Bubble. Over time, the Lyraen Atlanteans learned how to tap the vast gases and other EM Forces that were in a sort of geological stasis within this Mantle Bubble. While succeeding cultures that remembered Atlantis lavished all kinds of moral lessons onto the use of this energy to drive technology, the actual discussion among the Atlanteans was simply whether or not this was a good idea to mess with the very foundation of the land on which they lived. Finally by the Lyraen Atlanteans blasting Psionic Waves into the Inner Earth through their own continent was stupid and caused Atlantis to sink in three days and three nights. The Final Destruction of Atlantis as Edgar Cayce always referred Bible Great Flood and the Sum-Arya Flood. What happened to Atlantis is that the crust subsided as the Mantle Bubble beneath settled into a new equilibrium after the basalt rock strata beneath Atlantis had been blasted away for hundreds of years. Doctor Maxine Asher's Expedition In 1973UPI Report Pyramid explored by Doctor Raymond Brown on the sea floor off the Bahamas on the 20th of May 1970. Doctor Raymond Brown was accompanied by 4 divers who also found roads, domes, rectangular buildings, unidentified metallic instruments, and a statue holding a "mysterious" crystal containing miniature pyramids. The metal devices and crystals were taken to Florida for analysis at a university there. What was discovered was that the crystal amplified energy that passed through it. It is made in a method unknown to the scientists who analyzed it. It was found in a mysteriously lit up chamber inside the underwater pyramid with some kind of ray gun like instrument pointed at it. Kirlian photographs, which record impressions beyond our limited range of vision, showed an eye inside the crystal not visible to the naked eye. What technology could build a long blacktop paved road for hundreds of miles that was still in good condition over 10,000 years later! This road was found underwater off the East Coast by the deep diving submarine Aluminaut and contained magnesium oxide. On the 13th of June 1977, a mysterious discovery was made on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean concerning an unknown technology. A 650-foot pyramid was mysteriously lit up, with sparkling white water surrounding it that turned deep green, a shocking contrast to the dark black waters at that depth. The discovery was photographed by Arl Marahall's expedition off Cay Sal. Doctor William Bell's 4th of February 1958 photos taken on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean showed a six-foot spire protruding from a couple of circular gear-like bases with peculiar light emanations from the bottom of the shaft. Were these the remnants of the Eternal Flame spoken of by the ancients, powered by an inter-dimensional cosmic energy taken out of the atmosphere by a form of crystal conductor at the apex of pyramids or towers? Pyramids larger than any building in the world made in our modern times have been found on the bottom the Atlantic Ocean and in China and one in Egypt that our own technology has failed to match. These Pyramids have cement that our scientists admit is superior to what we use today. The writings of the ancients describe pyramids as Time Capsules containing the history and technology of the Empire of the Sun and latter day Atlantis that can be referred to as Atlantoglyphs. A huge pyramid, in 10,000 feet of Atlantic Ocean water was reported to have been found with a pulsating crystal on top of it, by Tony Benik's expedition. The group also found an opaque crystal tablet there, and reported that when a light was beamed through it, mysterious inscriptions became visible. More underwater pyramids were found off Central America in the Yucatan and Louisiana, where domes were found in the Straits of Florida. A marble Greek style building was found between Florida and Cuba. And what about the column that radiated energy Doctor David Zink found in the Bahamas and Doctor David Zink also brought up other artifacts from his dives over Atlantis, and he was interviewed by Mind International agent Steve Forsberg. One of the most amazing finds on the bottom of the Atlantic was reported by Captain Reyes Miraga's crew on the salvage ship Talia from Spain. They video-taped miles of pillared temples, buildings and statues and wide curving boulevards, with smaller avenues branching out from the center like spokes in a wheel, with majestic temples and pyramids. Much of this city, as well as the city found off Spain by Doctor Maxine Asher's expedition and later by Professor Akayonove's expedition which were all photographed, show a startling similarity to Plato's description of Atlantis! More than 30 separate ruins have been found on the bottom of the Atlantic since the 1st of January 1956 and in ancient libraries, several old maps showing Atlantis and its island chain have been found. The islands are known as Arya, Og. Poseid, Hy-Bresal and Antigua and the nation was Atlan. Garden City or Poseid was reportedly the capital of a continent stretching from off of North Africa and West Europe to off the Florida Panhandle and East Coast of America with a tropical climate on the western and southern shores, and a cool climate on the north and east. Ruins of roads and buildings found off Bimini Island through the 1960's by the photographed and published expeditions of Doctor Mansan Valentine. Steven Forsberg, co-founder of the Lahaina Times newspaper dove into these ruins on the 15th of August 1982 to witness them first hand. Similar ruins were also photographed off Cay Sal in the Bahamas. The ruins are of the same construction as the oldest city ever found on land, according; to archaeologists, in Tiajuanaco, Bolivia, where a calendar was uncovered that shows the exact position of the stars and planets 27,000 years ago. This is more than 20,000 years BEFORE the oldest civilizations in school history books! Similar underwater ruins found off Morocco and photographed 50 to 60 feet underwater. Doctor David Zink found on the 18th of April1957, off the Bahama Coast, a stylized marble head, building block cast in a mold and a construction piece drilled by a bit, as well as a stone column that he reported radiated energy. Forsberg of MIND. interviewed Doctor Zink and obtained the photographs. A ruined harbor like complex discovered on the sea floor off Bimini Captain John Alexander. The deep sea diving submarine Aluminaut discovered a well preserved paved road on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean make of blacktop magnesium oxide, running along the sea floor from Florida to South Carolina. Temple pillars, buildings, statues, wide curving boulevards with smaller avenues branching out like spokes in a wheel, majestic temples and pyramids videotaped by Captain Reyes Miraga on the Spanish named salvage ship Talia. A huge 11 room pyramid found 10,000 feet under water in the mid Atlantic Ocean with a huge crystal top, as reported by Tony Benlk. Several acres of white marble-like ruins found on tile ocean floor off Cuba reported by Lieceser Hemingway. Mysterious dome structures reportedly seen in clear water by several pilots in the Straits of Florida. Soviet expeditions to the Atlantic Ampere Seamount resulted in photographs of ruins destroyed by lava like the Aztecs and Mayans wrote Atlan was destroyed by. This discovery was in the New York Times on the 21st of May 1978. The photos were developed by the Academy's Petrovsky Marakuyev and reported by the deputy Director of the Soviet Academy of Science's Institute of Oceanography, Professor Aksyonove, who also reported ruins found off Cadiz, Spain in the same area as Doctor Maxine Asher's previous discovery. A sunken city about 400 miles off Portugal found by Soviet expeditions led by Boris Asturua throughout on the 20th of September 1970 with buildings made of extremely strong concrete and plastics. He said "the remains of streets suggests the use of monorails for transportation". He added that he brought up a statue. Pillars found on the Atlantic floor throughout 1969 by Robert Fero and Michael Grumley, a chunk of which was carved from rock NOT found anywhere in that part of the world. 20. Ultimately the downfall of the Lyraen Atlanteans and Atlantis itself was, in large part, to their Collective Consciousness becoming fear based and all of them developing Victim Mind Patterns. Physical Reaity became an insanity and the Lyraen Atlanteans panicked as their vast and once great civilization literally sank in front of their eyes. The Atlantean Grid System broke down as the Lyraen Atlanteans Mind Patterns broke down into more and more fear based, anxiety and terror based EM Vibrations that they were as a Collective Consciousness emanating and manifesting into this Physical Reality. Of course this immense fear became their curse as it led them into being totally stuck in the EM Vibration of this Physical Reality and so the loop of Incarnation began on Planet Earth for billions of Soul Personalities.When the Atlantean Grid System had been disabled, it was like withdrawing the fixing points that held the AGS to Planet Earth. What was left, in EM Energy terms were only seven of the Great Rays that became known as the Seven Rays and these were present only at low energy and in a modified and degraded form, which ever since have been reflected in the seven main Chakras or Wheels of Energy of the Human body.

NM. Stewart, you mentioned in your book that you were originally onboard the USS Eldridge as Johannes von Gruber of the Third Reich, during the Philadelphia Experiment in 1943. This was an experiment by the US navy to make the ship radar invisible, but it was sucked into hyperspace, a region beyond space and time. However you managed to jump overboard and landed onto the ground, during the year 1960, at a US underground installation by mistake. You were greeted by 2 gray aliens and an American military person, then taken to meet a German there. Any more recall?

SS. It was Montauk, NY but I didn’t know it then. There was a vast subterranean area filled with water. The walls were like a gray stone. There were submarine docks, because you could only get into it from underwater. Very strange damp and dingy looking. I went through an electromagnetic vortex and I literally felt my feet touch the ground.I didn’t know where I was. I think someone was playing the part of the German for my benefit, so I’d go along with the program e.g. telling me the war was lost and my family was gone etc., so I’d want to die. They killed me. They literally captured the soul personality, of Johannes von Gruber.

NM. You then were strapped into a chair and zapped with electricity by a seven ft thin white being with large blue eyes and a pointed chin. Your spirit left your body, you reviewed your life and saw past lives with angelic beings. Then you were placed into the baby of a Russian Jewish American family. Do you know how much of this is going on?

SS. There was literally a program going on where they captured some personalities and placed them in families where they’d never be suspected and believe it. Some are coming to remember who they were. Many Nazis were placed into new bodies. I am meeting some. Not all in Jewish bodies, just a percentage. They’ve had this technology for a very long time and they use it for themselves. The Royal Family of Britain use it for themselves. They feign their deaths and go into their own descendants. They have amazing technology. Rigelians use it a lot. They clone a lot of bodies and capture soul personalities to put in. Any species can use it. This is Sirius A technology.

NM. As a child you were plagued with nightmares, ringing in the ears, flashes of color and images of the future. Were the normal glandular cycles, out of balance ?

SS. It’s true for me, except I was kundalini activated at birth. I was supercharged. If you take a soul personality and force it into a body it causes kundalini activation, because all of the chakras ignite. So many of these bodies must be mind controlled in order to function properly, otherwise they would be insane. My body was genetically created and manipulated. They downloaded programs into the cellular structure and brain, that they could turn on at will and control, so that I would not be a wild card.

NM. Alien beings pursued you in your nightmares and after abducting and examining you, they force fed you with vast amounts of information your child mind had to process. Can you recall any main points?

SS. They made me think I was different and special and they also told me I was part of a vast intergalactic empire. So a lot of what they told me was different from the govt. program. I believe the reason why was because they tell a child different information than an adult. An adult would handle something with more complexity.

NM In your childhood you were abducted by small alien beings wearing dark bodysuits. Some of these abductions were experiences in other dimensions and many were US govt. generated. Abductees have witnessed military personnel working with alien abductors. They performed painful tests on your body. Is your soul human?

SS. This is an interesting question because there is more than one in here. I’d have to answer no, because there are 3 separate personalities of the same oversoul that animate this particular body. My mother may have been abducted and my fetus placed in by the govt./aliens. The proof was that she actually had no birth canal, I’m implanted. Before I could be born, they had to do surgery to create a birth canal. When they noticed this, they took her to an unopened wing of the hospital and a traveling surgeon from Texas, a specialist, did the surgery. She was told she was lucky he was there. In order to have some semblance of resemblance to the parents, they used masked characteristics of the genetics. I don’t resemble my parents. I also have an extra vertebrae in my neck and back. I have less teeth. A hospital told me I shouldn’t be alive, as I have spina bifida, but the skin covered it up. Had I been born without the covering up, I would have been dead.

NM. When abducted as a child you were also taken to places beyond earth, where you encountered humans in dark blue uniforms, without insignia. Do you see any relation to the military abductions as written by Helmet Lammer called MILABS? Author Lammer purports that the US military has been engaged in their own abduction program, blaming it on extraterrestrial abductors

SS. Yes the places I were taken to were military installations, but I was also told there were many humans from earth sent to colonies and also within the next ten to fifteen years they will be reducing the population of the earth, by sending vast quantities of people to other planets. Even to planets of our solar system, because Jupiter is becoming a second sun. It will heat up the frozen moons of Jupiter and Saturn and they will become earthlike. These moons have been compared to earth in size. They will terraform them, so they will be colonizable.

NM. Dr. R Boylan wrote of a secret space station positioned in orbit for thirty years and manned by Americans and Russians. There is also evidence of a US military interstellar spaceship called Starfleet International in the book Secrets of the Mojave by Branton. Do you have any information on these activities?

SS. Yes it has to do with the hybrid v the original reptilians. The hybrid is 50/50 reptilian and human. These are the shapeshifters e.g. the British royals. All the thirteen ruling families can do this, most from royalty. The Stewarts, Bruces etc. all the people allowed to go off world are blond blue eyed. The reason is blond, blue eyed are easily controlled by the reptilians. A neg. or AB neg. are the ones they choose. Most Pleiadian info is false, we have to be careful. The govt. uses it as disinformation.

NM. At age six you were onboard a small spacecraft and taken to a gigantic dark metallic space station platform floating in space. Earth was in view. Many kinds of spaceships were there and every type of being imaginable was inside it. Are two space stations positioned just beyond earth - one US/Russian and one for the Federation of Planets of this galaxy?

SS. Yes. The Federation of Planets is actually a support system for the refugees of the Lyrean civilization and the Lyreans were attacked and destroyed by the reptilians. This is when the Lyreans colonized all the other star systems and this is when the reptilians came after them.

NM. Do you know which aliens are involved with the US govt. space travel ? It is said that the Illuminati, global govt. controllers, The Bilderbergers and Freemasons are in league with beings from Sirius, the brightest star in the sky and in the Cancer constellation.

SS. The reptilians and Draconians and their allies from the Draco star system are with the Illuminati. The technology is from Sirius A. There are no reptilians in the Sirius system. They are from Draco and Orion. The Sirians are their allies. Tall humanoid, seven ft, white skin, very blue eyes, no hair, long pointy nose and large pointed ears. The Illuminati are descendants of the reptilians. In the Pleiades there are seven stars and sixteen different civilizations.

NM: It is believed that the Hubble telescope can see a flotilla of Sirian military spaceships headed to earth, to arrive soon. Are they claiming that they have total dominance over the earth? Do reptilians also live within the Sirius system along with the Men in Black visitors to earth. Branton writes this.

SS: There is a lot of that information out there already; however, they create holographic spaceships that aren't there. NASA'S Blue Beam Project can create holograms to stage an invasion. The purpose of this is to create the one world government. The heralded second coming, under the guise of Maitreya, is only a computer program beamed by satellite. I don't think we will be invaded. It is just more government disinformation, convincing us to accept the Ets as saviors. So much of this is merely generated by government computer programs.

NM. You said your soul-personality was from Sirius. Could you please tell us more?

SS. I don’t travel back to Sirius anymore. I connect to my oversoul to get my own information and this is what everyone should do. All oversouls are in hyperspace in God Mind

NM. On the alien space station you were taken to, many different species communicated with you by telepathy. A reptilian defector from its council, said its species invaded earth thousands of years ago and live underground. He said another ship is destined to arrive and invade earth. It is said reptilians have the DNA of a 2 legged earth saurian and they claim earth as their original home. Which species have connections with earth or human genes?

SS. No such thing. All life was either made here or brought from elsewhere. Nothing is natural to the earth. The earth was originally very hostile to life, not the way it is now. Adam and Eve is an allegorical story about how life was made here. Reptilians are androgynous. so the Adam and Eve story was about how the reptilian body was broken into male and female components. Every single human on earth is considered to be an alien. No life was originally from here. Neanderthals were a prototype human, created and wiped out. Replaced by Cro Magnon, also destroyed and replaced by Homo Sapiens. Archeology shows they were replaced immediately. No connection between the two.

NM. You said the alien space station, a small dark haired human represented the Federation of Planets, in this galaxy and that earth would be asked to join if successful in repelling the reptilian invasion force. What type of weapons do the reptilian aliens have? SS. The only problem with HAARP and particle beams is that the Illuminati control them. So if anyone tried to help us they wouldn’t be able to get past these weapons (going around the Illuminati.) Aliens have different forms of laser weapons and nuclear fusion weapons. Or sonic weapons that can crack your skull. One takes all the liquid out of your body.

NM. This representative said each species you encountered contributed to your DNA. Because of this each group would accept you, and that you had training for this in many galaxies and alternate universes. Can you recall the type of training?

SS. The Federation of Worlds is like the United Nations. The reptilian structure is an empire. The training I got had a lot to do with hyperspace- an underlying energy that pervades all things. It’s a mental language consisting of color, tone and symbols. Everyone can access this as its a part of everyone’s mind pattern.

NM. Your genetically diverse body contains chemicals needed by the grays to upgrade their degenerating genetics. Your body was presented to them as a token of hope and peace. They were apparently once human too, and needed to correct their genetic errors and become independent of reptilians and recreate the old civilization. Should we help the grays, a dying species, breeding hybrids from humans?

SS. Let me explain about the grays. They are an artificial race. If you put a picture of a gray next to a picture of a human fetus, they are identical. Grays are human fetuses grown to larger proportions, which is why they don’t have a good hormonal system, digestive system or sexual organs. They are not even a real people, just an artificial creation.

NM. You’ve got several segments of alternate selves that must come together before the heart of your mission begins. Do you feel an enormous power within to change the world?

SS. Not any more. I will educate and tell them what I know, but its up to them.

NM. In your recurring nightmares as a teenager, grays and uniformed men tormented you, painfully removing all they could from your body with their probes and tubes. Which dimension was this in and do nightmares continue in any other dimension?

SS. It happens in this dimension, the physical earth and it also happens in many alternate realities i.e. the abductions. There are many alternate realities that work in conjunction with each other towards the same goal. There is a hierarchy of control that seeks to dominate. You could call them Luciferian forces. My dreams are still nightmares very often. They seek to change our DNA into reptilian DNA. They are human and reptilian and are at odds with each. Both trying to dominate and they fight. The hybrids have reptilian mind pattern. So when Jupiter becomes a second sun, earth will be more conductive to a reptilian environment. They require a lot more toxic atmosphere, hotter dryer, less vegetation. They eat live animals. Reptilians already control earth. The Illuminati are creating a new type of empire elsewhere in the universe, with earth as its capital. The headquarters of the colonies. Strategically located.

NM. At age 17, you met your off world children in a spaceship - hybrids of yourself and the grays, in the presence of a tall blond and humans dressed in military uniforms. Did you find out how many hybrid children you have produced beyond earth now and where they went?

SS. I may have dozens of children, but they were used for experiments. I have a high sperm count and they used it to create children. I don’t see them but I have seven of my own, I do see. You can consider them to be hybrids.

NM. You were told you had small organic chips implanted in the corneas of both eyes, acting as cameras, relaying pictures to operators of the Montauk Project in NY, who selected boys, many from military families like yourself for mind control experiments. Al Bielek has said he thinks there are about ten million Montauk Boys, do you agree with this?

SS. Well no. I’ll qualify that. There may have been ten million Montauk boys controlled by satellite, however there were only about 300,000 physically at the site. The Project was from 1970 -1983 and over that thirteen year time period the 300,000 were brought there. Today there are only about 2,500 still living. Less than 1% survive.

NM. You mentioned that Montauk researchers physically took a body from a bedroom or other locations, bending time and space, so that no time passed for the victim or those around him, sending anyone to local present, to different locations on earth. Or even send someone off world or to the past or future.

SS. This is simple really because every point in time and space has a unique vibratory rate. If you can match that rate, you can instantaneously be there. So they can be anywhere without any time passing. NM. Also scientists can map the various points in time and space to travel easily between them, placing receivers at common destination points, fixing signals to make connections easier.

SS. Those are called stargates. When they map points in time and space, they can send an anchor, a device which is a stargate which connects the two points. You can go anywhere in the universe at an instant, bodily. Teleportation disassembles and reassembles and is transmitted electronically. This is something else. A stargate takes two points in space and brings them together.

NM. Is this why they are making time portals on the gridline sensitive areas using hyperdimensional physics covertly? Is control of this coming from Montauk with their reptilian/gray alien partners?

SS. Yes. The dimensional doorways are not being controlled by Montauk now, but by Area 51. But there are new centers in eastern Utah and western Colorado, next to each other. They are connected to other places by tunnel. They are actually connected to the Mars underground. But they can do it from anywhere, they just need the vibratory rate. At Pine Gap they keep blood samples of everyone on the planet and what they do is radionically treat the samples all in one spot to affect everyone on the planet. They can get into souls and control everyone, because they have their blood. It is connected to Ayer’s Rock a remnant of Lemuria. There is a vast underground that connects Pine Gap to all these places and they are bringing blood samples, bombarding them with diseases to get rid of them.

NM. Do you think the present manipulation of the world gridlines is a continuation and repeat opening of old time tunnels and dimensional doorways from very ancient more technological times?

SS. They are designed to alter the genetics of the earth’s inhabitants on the morphogenetic grid. Just like humans have energy centers, earth has chakras. If they enter into a certain part of the grid, it will filter out to the rest of the population. They are using crop circles. Brookhaven National Labs are doing these by satellite. It’s hyperspace language. They are from the Illuminati to alter DNA. It travels along the ley lines and radiates energy into the surface of the earth and every living thing on it is affected. They are opening up reptilian genetics to open control programs that are genetically programmed into people. People have been programmed for thousands of years. It’s to open reptilian in all people. They would be more easily controlled, due to being on the same wavelength.

NM. What are your thoughts on the manipulation of human consciousness in its relation to space/time by the present covert operation of the US govt. in collaboration with their alien scientific superiors?

SS. To create a unified robot like race for intergalactic domination. If you’ve seen the Borg on Star Trek, that’s what they have in mind for your future. All people under one control. Reptilians do not change over millions of years. Time is meaningless to them. They have all the time in creation to do this. It looks like they are pretty much there. They will stage events for the outcome they desire. If you learn to control your own mind pattern, then noone else can control you, so you are your own savior. Everyone is connected to God Mind. So therefore you have every power in you. You have to learn this.
