Bill Clinton Dead at GITMO

Former President William Jefferson Clinton, whom on July 24 the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps sentenced to life in prison at Guantanamo Bay, was found dead in his cell early Saturday morning.

Trump Vows “Swift Return” as Military Completes Election Fraud Investigation

President Donald J. Trump on Sunday said he would swiftly return to power after learning that the U.S. military was nearing completion on a comprehensive investigation into the illegitimacy of the 2020 presidential election, a probe which–absurd as it sounds—began back on November 3.

On Sunday afternoon, Trump and his most trustworthy advisors convened a clandestine meeting at his Mar-a-Lago command center, a makeshift bunker and digital metropolis from where the businessman-turned-president has been working alongside military adjuncts to either prove or disprove claims of election fraud. As reported by RRN earlier this year, the military had taken notice of election irregularities during the late-night hours of November 3, as Trump’s commanding lead in battleground states seemed to magically evaporate at 3:00 a.m., after polling stations across the country had closed and it was assumed tallying would resume the following morning.

“Votes for Trump disappeared, and votes for Biden appeared from nowhere. We found this highly irregular and highly suspicious, but we had no authority at that time to act on it,” Command Sergeant Major William M. Rinehart of the U.S. Army’s Intelligence and Security Command told Real Raw News.

Content creators and those who recruit other users can earn so-called “LBRY Credits”. LBRY is also the name of the protocol that is used to build the blockchain. If you don’t want to use the content network via the browser, you can install the LBRY apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, or iOS.

Much like other blockchain alternatives to YouTube, Odysee is independent from a central unit and users have complete control over the content. Of course, odyssey users need to adhere to certain guidelines: trademarked or copyrighted content may not be distributed, nor content that glorifies violence. However, Odysee does not have censorship authority like Google. The platform is ad-free, as the channels are monetized exclusively on the basis of the cryptocurrency. On the one hand, content creators receive LBRY credits for views, on the other hand, viewers can make donations (similar to Twitch).

(Natural News) For those who believe, as we have all along, that COVID-19 is actually a Chinese bioweapon, a former Communist Party insider just proved all of us correct.

In an interview with Sky News, former CPP official Wei Jingsheng said that his government intentionally released the virus during the World Military Games held in Wuhan in October 2019, which is the date researchers and intelligence officials around the world have identified as when the first cases showed up, though no one knew what was causing the illnesses at the time.

“There has been much speculation that the virus escaped from a lab in the city — the Wuhan Institute of Virology — where work on so-called “gain of function” research is believed to have occurred; gain-of-function is a process by which viruses are made more virulent so researchers can study how they spread,” BizPac Review reported on Wednesday.

What’s more, as Natural News has reported, we also know that workers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the only facility in all of China that conducts the kind of coronavirus research linked to COVID-19, also got sick from the virus the following month, November 2019.

Now, according to Wei, we are certain the virus is a bioweapon developed for the Chinese military, since the lab at Wuhan is a Chinese military asset.

“I thought the Chinese government would take this opportunity to spread the virus during the Military Games, as many foreigners would show up there,” Wei told Sky News, noting that, at the time, he had learned that his government launched an “unusual exercise” as the games proceeded.

“[I knew] of the possibility of the Chinese government using some strange weapons, including biological weapons because I knew they were doing experiments of that sort,” said the whistleblower.

Wei’s version of events appears to align with others who have made similar claims — that the Chinese regime intentionally released the virus.

That includes Miles Yu, the Principal China Adviser to the State Department, who said that American, French, and German athletes at the games took ill at the games with what would come to be known as COVID-like symptoms, though they were not tested for the virus because such testing did not yet exist.

“We see some indications in our own data… that there was COVID circulating in the United States as early as early December, possibly earlier than that,” said David Asher, a former COVID investigator for the State Department.

“We continue to have serious questions about the earliest days of the COVID-19 pandemic, including its origins within the People’s Republic of China,” said a spokesman for the National Security Council in May.

Wei becomes just the latest Chinese official to claim that the virus not only originated in China and at the lab in Wuhan, despite Beijing’s denials, but that it is, indeed, a military-use bioweapon.

Dr. Li Meng Yan, a Chinese virologist who defected to the U.S., told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson in May that she has no doubt that the Chinese government developed COVID-19 at the Wuhan facility and then intentionally released it.

“More and more people realize this virus is not from nature,” she said.

Dr. Li made the same claim on Carlson’s program in September 2020, a few months before the November election, though of course the ‘mainstream media’ suppressed her bombshell.

“From my first report, I can present solid scientific evidence that Covid-19 actually is not from nature… I work with the top virologists in the world so together with my experience, I can tell you this is created in the lab. This is from… owned by the Chinese military and also, it is spread to the world to make such damage,” she told the host.

Now the question becomes: What is the Biden regime prepared to do about this act of war that has killed nearly as many Americans as died in the Civil War?

This era of social media is bringing about a new genre of libel litigation — one where an individual says something, then is corrected, and then goes to court with bruised reputation. The latest complaint comes from John Stossel, the veteran TV journalist who on Wednesday sued Facebook in California federal court over what was affixed to his post about 2020 California forest fires and their cause.

“This case presents a simple question: do Facebook and its vendors defame a user who posts factually accurate content, when they publicly announce that the content failed a ‘fact-check’ and is ‘partly false,’ and by attributing to the user a false claim that he never made?” Stossel’s complaint asks. “The answer, of course, is yes.”

Sossel targeted forest management.

After posting the video, he says Facebook placed a label near his video that stated, “Missing Context. Independent fact-checkers say this information could mislead people.” Further information told readers: “Claim — ‘forest fires are caused by poor management. Not by climate change.’ Verdict: misleading.”

Stossel says he never made that specific claim, that it was falsely attributed to him, and that Facebook’s actions curtailed his viewership and caused immediate and irreparable harm to his reputation.

“We believe this case is without merit and we will defend ourselves vigorously against the allegations,” responds a Facebook spokesperson.

Some hints about how Stossel’s suit might play out come from a court decision in Delaware in June. These fact-checking suits are relatively novel, but Stossel is not the first to present a defamation claim prompted by sensitivity about misinformation in the social media sphere.

In the earlier case, conservative political commentator Candace Owens also targeted fact-checking on Facebook, although her suit named the independent fact-checkers at Lead Stories and USA Today as the defendants for interjecting after she claimed the methods that U.S. government officials used for counting COVID-19 deaths overstated the peril and scope of the pandemic. Owens was hit with warning labels for “false” content.

Unfortunately for Owens, court concluded that she couldn’t demonstrate that the word “false” was an “untrue statement under the reasonable conceivability standard.” Further, while she objected to being slapped with a “hoax alert,” the court saw it as using “loose, figurative” language. The court added that she hadn’t shown that any false statements were made with actual malice. (Here’s the full opinion.)

In other words, to the question of whether a user was defamed through the announcement that content failed a “fact-check,” this Delaware court didn’t see a problem.

The Stossel case certainly has differences, though he’ll likewise wrestle with interpretation and opinion, not to mention libel standards for public figures and perhaps Section 230 of the CDA.
