Use the middle class to save the higher class?
Think about that for a min.
If you lived in Haiti, and HAD anything of asset value, you'd now find yourself among the poor,or lower class. The playing field is level, and only those amongst the poor who've lived as such, and have made thuggery and criminal activity a means of survival, will make it. After all, they've been doing it for so long. No TPTB are not trying to "save/help" anyone. They merely want to see how this will play out. How many will resort to their tactics. How far the police/etc will be able to go to quell the whole populace. They merely wish to see the populace destroy themselves, like a human body eats itself when starved of food. Then they can claim anything they do is for our own good. Reality is, they want us mostly gone or enslaved.
Add to this, and my view on the situation, the article of Haiti sitting on a shyteload of oil. Reserves that could make them the western Saudi Arabia/Dubai. If true, it becomes clear why induce such tragedy there. Rebuild for the Elite,the tourists,the few wealthy. Control an energy resource newly found. After all, those APC's run on Diesel/fossil fuels. Not solar or wind energy. The approach that they were 80% catholic was half right.
If this IS true, oil is the other half. And it's not only/just the U.S. that'd be interested in getting some. Look at some of the other countries as well that could benefit. Bigger picture, it's just consolidation of control over resources. To them, people mean nothing. We'll see proof by those involved in that country's rebuild,and their associations, later on.
Which brings up another point. with close to 5k missing Americans, as well as everyone else, some of the mass grave sites have been blocked off. Bodies are just being dumped in the open above ground. Like in some of the Nazi camps. I saw a report on this on one station. And since many are trying to find "closure," it'd be a real mess for the oil thingy, if they found their loved ones were in a body pile in a field. Thing is, we'll never really know till' this is all over. And so far,yes,some American citizens have been scooped up, and dumped somewhere like Human trash.

I'd hope this is more horror fiction than truth. Otherwise Haiti rebuilt, will have one hell of a population problem.
