Does everyone here use Stewart's colors for chakra spinning?

Mercy Now[/color]]more blue in the green for the heart chakra.  .

That very interesting because the colours at the bach of HHandbook has green looking like green-with blue in it.

The medium green on the chart oof the Healers Handbook that I have Research doesn't seem to have the blue in it that I am referring to.The turquoise on that chart is too much blue.

It is a more personal thing or individual thing IMO.

You're right, I'm not used to seeing that type of green. At first it seemed to contain a different colour. To me, medium green is not a colour I see often.

I have tried the SS chakra spinning but for some reason i couldn't complete it. I couldn't "see" the ice blue and then my concentration goes off. I've heard thought that it has to do with problems in these areas and that is why you have to focus even harder to achieve the colour/align your chakras.

Folks,the colors in the book are not good.Best to find a diagram of colors on the web.If someone has a problem with a color,best to put it on your computer screen first,and practice "seeing"it with your eyes closed,then do the chakra spinning.

Hi Moon child. I'm presuming your suggesting the colours SS is saying that one should use. If not which colours do you suggest? And if you do agree with SS, any suggestions as to which web sites give the correct colours? Would you also recommend once one can "see" the colour to then visualizing the colour in the correct place in the body before trying the chakra spinn?

Yes,to all questions.Those are the correct colors.I had some websites a long time ago.I would have to see if I can dig them up again.There are also many,who say to use colors that are not the right colors for that particular chakra.
Ex,pink at the throat.I have also notices promotion of colors so that when someone uses that wrong color in a chakra,technology can be used to beam all sorts of crap,based on that color in that chakra.

I heard that too. Isn't that also true if you use the "new age" type of chakra aligning aswell. Where the way you spin it can also allow for entry of different things i.e energy or technology.. :(

True; for protection the chakra-spinning can be done with violet shield around the auric chakra-colors-field and i.e. placing silver inf. symbol above the crown all in violet etc. etc.

I use an extra balance technique for myself based on chakra-spinning colors to enhance the pineal balance. that's much more powerful then only T-bar balancing.

Stewart's way of spinning chakras is not spinnig them like wheels or orbs. He spins them like you're inside a tube which is wrong in my experience.
