MN, I just remembered that I had a Polish pen-pal who came to the US many, many years ago to meet me. She brought me a Polish cookbook. Let me look through it and I will post any recipe that I find there.
Okay, in my cookbook there are a few recipes for Beet Barszcz (I guess that's how they say Borscht?) There is one for "clear, on broth," one for "clear, on ham broth," also called "Easter Soup," one for "clear, on fish stock," also called "Christmas-Eve soup," and one called "vegetarian."
Which one would you like? Or do you want all of them?
