Expanding Your Pineal Gland
#41
PurpleParrot Wrote:A few years ago, I remember how Stewart would often post about the usage of frankincense to aid the pineal gland in expansion and awareness. Also, I had emailed him when Adam was working with him. Instead of Stewart responding, Adam said he asked Stewart for me, and it was once again confirmed to use the frankincense oil.. a drop on your forehead and a drop on your wrists..not sure if it was inner or outer part of wrists...I usually put it on the inner side(palm) of the wrists.
The inner side of the wrists is correct. In addition to placing frankincense oil there and on the forehead, Stewart sometimes recommended putting it on the bottom of your feet.

This was supposed to be beneficial for the pineal gland and to help people see their T-Bar. However, it never worked for me. Still unable to see the T-Bar. Can the rest of you?

I'll be honest, I have not been able to see my t bar with my eyes open. Sometimes I thought I was close to seeing it but I never saw it...I did see in my minds eye...since I really couldn't see the t-bar, I would just imagine the blue circle with a dot in the center and that helped me feel a bit balanced for sometime. I felt that it had effects on my pineal gland. This year changed me a great deal so I'm letting Oversoul guide me so I'm exploring different techniques now.

I think you could ask your Oversoul to show you what it looks like in your minds eye(with your eyes closed if you are unable to clairvoyantly see). I have a strong feeling mine is an ankh. I think I saw it with my eyes closed yesterday and I wasn't trying!!!!!
