How Many People Here Are Specifically Programmed?
#11
William, no I don't have anything I've written recorded or posted anywhere. I have a very poor recording software called Audacity, and a new software on the PC which I've yet to use because I need a new soundcard and possibly pre-amp. I hope to get stuff recorded on posted somewhere soon, but right now I've got other financial issues to consider!

Erik,  If you need any help in sound cards, software, music products let me know as ive been using the PC for many years to make music so maybe i can help you when you need it.  I use Cakewalk Sonar as software and am trying out EMU soundcard with on board effects.  I have an old soundcard i would send you but its outdated and would bring you more problems than fun.

I believe our hobies connect us with our higher selves and do tell us more about ourselves and possibly our programming.

William, you are absolutely right. When I pick up that guitar, and when I'm "on" so to speak, I feel so connected to a more whole thing that feels much better or freer than my typical human ocndition. I used to worry about whether it was 'good' or not, then figured who cares? What does 'good' mean? If I feel connected, then it is fine!

My roommate just got a new Dell PC, and it has what appears to be a fairly good Microsoft recording software on it (sorry do't recall the name right off hand), but the recording comes through very soft, almost inaudible, no matter how high I increase the volume. Not sure what to do here.

What type of music do you write/are you interested in?

Anyway, we could start another thread so as not to hijack any more of this one! :D

Erik,  I agree we might want to start new thread, However we are kinda staying in the thread because in my music making i wondered where my music was coming from, Like you said, are we programmed for some of this music stuff?????  I have been wondering that same excact thing.  I also feel that i might shift into an Alter in order to create some of my music....  So in understanding myself and the works of Hyperspace techniques do i understand the Alter part in which Stewart talks about.  I would guess i have a Rockstar Alter yet i have always felt it was not the real me so to speak, so i have always fought against it and it has enfluenced my life for good and bad.

I dont feel like i am that  fluent with music, however i play multi insturments.  Since i have always suspected my Alter i have never realeased much of my music as i almost feel like my music is my child and i dont want it to leave home.   Its something that i am going to work on very soon.   Letting my children leave home.
Hope some of this makes sense.

Hi, I see your points better now, and they are good ones! I don't worry about that stuff now. I figure whether I am programmed to do this or not, I can take control and use it to bring up issues that I care about and think are important. For instance, I awoke recently early in the morning, which is how a lot of this comes to me, and had the need to write a song about imprisonment. At first I thought this stemmed from my earlier stint as a corrections officer, then I realized that it ahd a great deal to do with the plight of Steven Biko, a black South African who tried with all his might to change their situation, and who was imprisoned and beaten and ultimately died in jail. Then I realized that it is also about the manipulation that we all undergo. I have to be the one that directs this reality, not that wuss of a programmer.

I don't know if this contributes to your stream of thought, but have you written any songs while in royal blue?  Since royal blue is the color entry for hyperspace where all thoughts and creativity originate.

No, I personally haven't, but that is a brilliant idea! I will do it.

Thanks,

I agree about trying recording music in royal blue.  Instead of my music Alter telling me when to do music i think i will just start making music in Royal blue.  I seem to have to think about what music im goin to do days or weeks before i will do the music.

Thanks so much for the Hyperspace Technique for music.   :)

Bobby, Stewart will be able to tell if you're programmed or not from the phone consultation. He can even do by email. So there's no need to fly to Michigan. ;)
