Well, if you investigate a little about the specifics of the Blue Beam Project, you will realise that there are major similarities to the Montauk Project. From Haarp, to mind control.

I talked to a friend of mine, who said that there were undergoing investigations to find out if there was a conection between both programs. 

There is a belief, among some of the survivors of the Montauk project, that the Blue Beam, is a direct continuation of the work we were doing there.

Thus the reason for so many time travel events. Opening Portals. Mind Manipulation tests. Ultra Sound frequencies etc.

It does make some sense.

Remember the whole story about Obama that I just spoke about in this topic?

In wich country did the light in the sky appear?

Never heard of it, neither inside Veritas, or Inside Montauk, or with friends who work on either one of them or both.

You would hear of rumours here and there, but I dont remember ever hearing about Greenstar
