In the light of SS's own teachings there is something of a murderer and rapist in SS himself, which he doesn't like to be remembered of, for obvious reasons. In his book BBTB and/or Montauk the alien connection there is a passage where he tells about his (supposed) specific activities in the Montauk Project, but I don't think he mentions in there the killings and rapings of children. Not straight out, I think. More aside or indirectly... I can't exactly remember what he wrote precisely about this. There probably also have taken place certain hidden activities and experiments in that place on Long Island after that 1983 date when the so-called Montauk Project supposedly ended, in which SS might have been involved. I don't know what the truth exactly is on that one. Possible, maybe vene most likely SS never was involved there from 1970-1983 as he claims to have been, but instead he has been involved there around the area of Montauk Point with certain sinister experiments AFTER 1983, when he was already an adult.
That theory with regard to the phenomenon 'programming' sounds quite right to me. Specific programming can only enhance and specifically conduct certain tendencies that are already there.
Yes, if you, as a school kid, are insecure and don't make effort to stand your ground you most likely fall prey to the bullies who will detect the insecurity and weakness with someone. The law of the jungle rules, after all.
