Because Nazi lost the war they can't build the bases because they have no resources nor money to do so.

Also, because Stewart is a con, he is not to be believed. Even if there is some base on the moon or any other planet, Stewart has no more knowledge about it then you.

Well, the word incarnation is not the most explicit word. It would be more appropriate to say that my soul-personality inhabited body of the person who had that position.

I know through more than one sources. First of all, I had Kundalini activations which resulted in that kind of awareness  about number of my lives.  Kundalini opens you up to those  existences of you in the past and in the future.

However, as those events from the past are collected and administered you can collect them and find yourself there.

Also I had extensive heraldry with all those different origins.

And also there are many similar or the same patterns happening in your different lives which can be compared and the results can be read as your are having a computer program for doing just that.

Even the dates of the birth and death can be clues. Sometimes it can happen that a date of birth in one of these lives is your actual date of birth in another life.

Also it seems that I did inherit some psychic abilities from the genetic pool of my ancestors.  Particularly  my great-grandmother was a powerful mystic and an occultist. She was full-blooded but also considered as illuminated. My grandfather was also full-blooded but I am not sure he was illuminated, though, he, like any full-blooded, had better understanding of the world than common people, he was also interested in some kind of end time greenstar scenarios.

My mother is also full-blooded with those position as I think similar to Hillary
