I'm new here and am fascinated with your Kuiper Belt Aliens thread. Absolutely great information and discussions! Thank you for your work.
Does anyone here know more about the Sirians (who are among the KBAs.) What do they look like? What are their characteristics, history? I read through the thread but didn't find much.

Home planet: Khoom
A race of genuine aliens who have been involved in Earth's history for ages, the Sirian As were a strong influence on the Ancient Hebrew and Egyptian cultures. They are currently in contact with the Illuminati, as well as the Fourth Reich. Possessing the most advanced technology in the galaxy, they distribute their knowledge and tools to basically all sides of every conflict.
Originally, they were intended to balance the Left and Right factions in this galaxy, i.e. humans and the Draco reptilians . Unfortunately, they are now rather mercantile, and apparently more concerned with expanding their traderoutes and material power than in fulfilling some kind of overall balance in the galaxy. This is only their government and civilisation taken as a whole, however.
There are philosophers and the like among them who still strive for universal balance. These are mostly in contact with the Ohalu Council, the ET race (non-physical/physical simultaneously) who created them. The Sirians supplied the Draco with the technology they used to initially invade this star system circa 2 million years BCE. The Draco are now attempting to invade the Earth a second time. They are stationed behind the moon.
The Lemurian Draco-spawned Illuminati fear their forbears, and plan to fend them off in the name of the creation of a 'superior' Earth Empire (potentially even more heinous and psychopathic than the current Draco one). Stay tuned to geopolitics on this planet. Prince Philip wants his New World Empire. But so does Baron Guy de Rothschild (Pindar of the Illuminati), and the Japanese Illuminati. The Aldebaranians want to Lyraen-ise this planet in the name of pure humanity.
They plan to establish a Fourth Reich on this Earth. Meanwhile, the Draco are in the beginning stages of invasion, waking up their warriors in the Inner Earth. The diversity of these political factions seems to suggest global conflict over global conquest. This is to be expected on a planet as thouroghly hybridised as the Earth.
The Sirians appear to have some kind of plan to re-establish the Earth's sovereignty while maintaining a strong influence over it by supplying defence technology against the Draco, etc. Although they obviously have pecuniary motives, it could be beneficial to us Earth-humans in the creation of a New World Republic to allow the Sirians to take temporary control of the space surrounding the Earth.
This would be in exchange for whatever they are after, which is likely the ability to perform experiments on the unique Earth-human population, as well as to, for some of them, encourage a unification of the Reptilian and Human civilisations in this universe, under an Earth-based Republic.

Interesting, Moon Child... Thanks. The Pleiadians are good guys, right? From your various posts, I understand that the KBA are here to rescue us from the Draco and their agents, the Illuminati. The increased UFO sightings, shoot-downs(?) (flashes and fireballs in the sky), meteor close calls and other anomalies do point to something afoot IMHO.

I don't think rescuing us is the agenda of the KBA. I believe their agenda is to stop the NWO/Reptillians spreading their influence beyond the Earth. In doing so they might remove the NWO, which is great for us. But on the other hand, humanity still has a victim mentality, what will take the place of the NWO that matches the oppressing force required by a victim menality. Or is the presence of the KBA evidence that our victim mentality is starting to crack?

People can not develop major progress in evolution or to be creative, if they need to spend most of their time to maintain their life. To survive. Yes, to work for living.
Actually those who work do work, to maintain life for others, who don't work, and do play (gamble) the stock market etc. Because they were born rich, they had it by dark means or they couldn't share their wealth. A small part of humankind does live in excess, on the other hand, other people do starve due to lack of good.
Earth does have enough resources to maintain all life of all living creatures. Currently Earth does have all technology to give people more time, not for work, but to progress on other things. Yes, this means, another way of exchange and living.
Unfortionally in Human culture, You have a mentality of winners and loosers. In terms of chakra, 3th level based.
If technology is grown to this level or higher, a single individual can harm a lot of people. In past history, one individual could do less harm. Science and technology can turn against a civilization, if some individuals use it to harm people. Potentially, someone with an university degree in physics or biology, (s)he can create a deadly weapon and harm a lot of people. But the common man too, (s)he can create dangerous situations by sabotage etc. I will not inspire methods... You can not create a perfect defense system against this behaviour. At least, not in terms of control. The only way out is, to deliver all individuals Insight and the creation of a mentality and culture which share all resources equally, without ownership or need to 'earn' things.
In High technology worlds, all resources are shared. At one section of the planet, people maintain the Woods. This is as much as important as another section, which creates food. Or another section creates technology. All people do have equal means of life to support their wellfare. Because clean air and healthy food is as much important as good technology. Money is not used in those type of society. In fact, there is no 'ownership of goods or services'. All receive a home, the way to transport, food, clothes. All do choose their task in society by their capacities and what they like. No work is seen less as another. If someone is not competent for a task, he receives another one. But this is seen as equal. Because all tasks need to be done.
The root of 'disharmony' in this culture is the lack of balance. The narrow belief, You need competition. However, when competition hots the roof, You need to balance. You need to share all resources. As in game. You need to shuffle cards, play another game. But in this case, another type of game.

I feel, the human race needs to grow to it full potentential without a new merge into their genes, developing their own possiblities. Those are not minimalistic. Most of those alien sections do have intentions to alter, to breed, to merge DNA.
Trade policies. Exchange policies. Exploitation policies. Procreation policies.
They promise to rescue or to do fair trade, maybe You keep temporarly the body (or end by tricks in a bloody merry shaker), but You loose all the rest.
They may keep their experiments. For my part, I say 'no way'.

Are the Pleiadians good,well Jay,let's just say that just like there are humans that are "good" and "bad" there are Pleiadians like that,as well.
