(Natural News) When our founders wrote the First Amendment’s free speech clause, they had unpopular speech in mind.

That is, they wanted to specifically protect speech that wasn’t common, wasn’t popular, and could even be considered revolutionary in a literal sense of the world.

They also had protecting criticism of the government uppermost in their minds. That’s because they had just spent more than a decade fighting a tyrannical British monarchy headed by a king that did not permit such speech and in fact, punished those who criticized him and the Crown in general.

But in recent decades, so-called “hate speech” laws have made a mockery of the First Amendment’s speech protections. Words and phrases that political apparatchiks and authoritarians in government have ‘deemed’ as ‘harmful’ or ‘hurtful’ have been criminalized under such laws, with real consequences for people found to have violated those speech codes.

Now, a state judge in Michigan has taken the insanity a step further: He has crossed into the realm of insanity with a ruling that can only be described as antithetical to our founders’ vision of free speech.

The Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled that hurting a liberal’s feelings can be considered a terrorist threat and punishable by up to 20 years in prison, which has prompted a response from activists and lawmakers concerned about the grave implications this ruling may have on the 1st Amendment. …

This appeals court ruling is pertaining to the case of 20-year-old Lucas Gerhard, a former Lake Superior State University student who was jailed for 83 days because a liberal classmate was triggered by a picture of a rifle he posted on social media. The court of appeals ruled that it did not matter that the hyper-emotional leftist who went to authorities was not intended to receive the photo. This may give the green light for liberals to report social media posts to authorities and compel terrorism charges in the state.

“Importantly, the issue is not whether defendant actually made a threat of terrorism, which would be a question for the trier of fact. Rather, the issue is whether, on these facts, defendant can be charged at all. The issue before us turns on whether a social media post made by defendant can constitute a ‘true threat,’” the court of appeals wrote in a ruling that literally threatens the freedom of every single independent thinking conservative and libertarian in the state.

Earlier, Big League Politics reported that Gerhard posted a picture to Snapchat of him holding an AR-15 — that’s it, nothing more. He didn’t threaten anyone and he didn’t ‘direct’ his Snap at the person who was, pardon the pun, ‘triggered’ by the photo.

“Taking this bad boy up. This ought to make the snowflakes melt — and I mean snowflakes as in snow,” Gerhard wrote after he purchased the rifle.

So this ruling is obscene. It’s beyond absurd. And now, as usual, a Republican lawmaker is trying to fix the situation; state Rep. John Reilly (R-Lake Orion) is preparing legislation that will deal with this issue and return the First Amendment to its proper status in Michigan.

Other free speech advocates are hopping on board, too.

“Last Friday, the Michigan Court of Appeals effectively revoked the First Amendment protection of every citizen of Michigan when it declared that your speech could be considered a criminal felony – based not upon the content of your speech, but on how anyone, including any left-wing lunatic, chooses to interpret it,” noted Adam de Angeli of the Rescue Michigan Coalition.

“By judicial decree the Constitutional rights of all Michiganders are in serious danger,” added Rosanne Ponkowski, President of the Michigan Conservative Coalition. “Prosecutors can declare ‘open season’ on anybody whose speech they disagree with. This is unconstitutional, immoral, and extremely dangerous in today’s toxic political environment.”

“There was a time when our courts and political leaders would vigorously defend the right of free speech, including speech they disagree with,” she continued.  “It is time to stand up for the rights of every Michigander to speak.”

China plans to utterly obliterate the United States, colonize North America and use the farmland to feed its growing empire
As I’ve covered in numerous Situation Update podcasts, China has longstanding plans to defeat and eliminate the United States of America, then colonize all of North America (including Canada) and use the farmland to feed its own 1.4 billion people who are facing their own food security crisis due to domestic crop failures in China.

This plan requires the land invasion of the United States, followed by the total extermination of all remaining Americans. The launching of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus bioweapon was just the opening salvo in this war against America. Many more phases are yet to come. Taking down the power grid is not the end goal all by itself, of course. The loss of power infrastructure would set off a cascade of catastrophic events in the realm of banking and finance, essentially bringing all electronic transactions to a standstill. This includes retail transactions, ATMs, banking operations, commercial transactions, electronic funds transfers, investment activities, food stamps, pension payments, cryptocurrencies and everything else you might imagine. Without electricity, the modern world of finance instantly ceases to function.

This would almost instantly thrust every major U.S. city into chaos, with widespread looting, arson, attacks on innocent citizens and total mayhem. (This happens nearly every weekend in many left-wing cities even when the lights are on, by the way.)

Within 48 hours, nearly every retail outlet in these areas would be stripped bare, including grocery stores, electronics retailers, sporting goods stores and even clothing stores. I have stumbled across an outstanding audio book that I think captures what this might look like. It’s called, “Tomorrow War: The Chronicles of Max Redacted,”  by J. L. Bourne. The book seethes with authenticity of what a global engineered economic collapse would look like (a “global reset” caused by a cyber attack that bleeds into the financial infrastructure), and it seems very accurate in depicting the attempted totalitarian response by government.

“That’s a great business, isn’t it? To tax people for 18 years, to offer them nothing and in return for the favor, keep all their money, plus all the money you made on their money and offer them no benefit. Pretty goo racket! Best part about it is they actually figured out that it was important to support the Eugenics Movement.

“You heard what I said, People! Turns out that the thing that throws a curve ball into life insurance policies is people that die when you don’t want them to die. That’s a curve ball. That means you have to pay out.

“So, surprisingly, in 1904 to 1910, Andrew Carnegie, who was very much affiliated with several of the boards of the life insurance companies decided that we needed to institutionalize medicine…institutionalize health research and pay for it for life insurance companies. Because controlling your death was big business. And people who didn’t match the actuarial models were bad for business.

Dr David E Martin is so incredible and I got so much positive feedback from yesterday’s Q&A session at a screening of Plandemic and so many reader requests to see the main event that I found it (or at least part of it) and it is even more incredible than the Q&A. Watching this video is like having paid $60,000 tuition to attend the highest-level university – a hypothetical university that is actually worth that.

He shares, “One of the experiences I had in my life was to be invited into the very heart of the organization that is running this very destruction. And in 1998, you can read about it in my novel, Coup d’Twelve…I was actually invited to take a very senior role in destroying this planet. And like everything else, the deal was a good deal…but at what price your soul?…

Last week on its 100th anniversary the Chinese communist party bragged about its success.  At the same time, U.S. patriots gathered on July 4th for their 245th Independence Day celebration.  While the U.S. may seem down and out now, rest assured as soon as they remove the Khazarian Mafia parasitic infection, as the Chinese did in the late 1970s, the United States will be back.

So, this week we will talk about the secret Chinese independence war against the Khazarian Mafia in order to find hints on how to liberate the United States.  We will also present a data dump from the Russian FSB on the Khazarian Mafia mind control vaccines being foisted on the hostage peoples of the G7 countries.

Ok, so let us start by noting the Chinese Communist Party was founded by Khazarian Mafia agents operating under the Comintern flag.  Many of the early Chinese Communists were trained for their role by the Khazarian Mafia Rothschild family in France.

The Chinese Communists were nearly wiped out by Asian secret societies -notably the Red and the Green – before World War II ended.  Do not believe the fake history about a glorious guerilla war won by the Chinese Communists under Chairman Mao.  It was only when the Soviet Army invaded China and took it from the Japanese that the Communists were installed in power.

From 1950 until the early 1970s communist China was a Soviet colony.  Their puppet, Chairman Mao, was a disaster.  Among many other crimes, he presided over the deaths of at least tens of millions of people with his disastrous great leap forward.  Things only changed after the Chinese obtained their own nuclear weapons.  As soon as they had a nuclear deterrent, they kicked out all the foreign communist advisers and relegated Mao to a powerless, ceremonial role.

Many of these communists had nowhere to go since most Western governments would not take them back.  Some of them ended up in the Asian studies department of the University of British Columbia and I studied under them there.  It is from them, as well as from members of Asian secret societies, etc. that I learned much of this hidden history.

In any case, there was a violent power struggle inside China during the 1970s including Mao’s cultural revolution counter-attack.  It ended when Mao died and Asian secret society member Zhou Enlai’s disciple Deng Xiaoping took power in 1978.

The Khazarian Mafia tried to re-assert its control in 1979 by sending in a giant Soviet tank army.  This was destroyed by a Chinese hydrogen bomb (according to Chinese military intelligence sources) and China became, for the first time since the opium wars, an independent country.

When China became independent, Deng Xiaoping went to Japan to study Japan’s economic model under such teachers as Matsushita Konosuke (the founder of Panasonic).

China copied Japan because it had developed a hybrid central planning/capitalist system that resulted in decades of double-digit economic growth.  By 1985 Japan had the highest per capita income on earth and the lowest gap between the rich and the poor in any OECD country.  Despite this economic growth, the rivers and parks in downtown Tokyo were filled with fish and wildlife.

George Bush Sr. and his fellow Khazarian Mafia Nazi faction members forced Japan to dismantle this system.  However, China kept using it and that is why they have now overtaken the West.

Let us quote a bit here from Chinese President Xi Jinping’s victory speech last week where he describes the system the Chinese claim credit for but was actually developed by pre-war Germany and Post-war Japan:

For example, a study (meta analysis) published in the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience titled “Predicting the unpredictable: critical analysis and practical implications of predictive anticipatory activity” examined a number of experiments regarding this phenomenon that were conducted by several different laboratories. These experiments indicate that the human body can actually detect randomly delivered stimuli that occur 1-10 seconds in advance. In other words, the human body seems to know of an event and reacts to it before it has occurred. What occurs in the human body before these events are physiological changes that are measured regarding the cardiopulmonary, the skin, and the nervous system.

A few years ago, the chief scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Dr. Dean Radin, visited the scientists over at HearthMath Institute and shared the results of one of his studies. Radin is also one of multiple scientists who authored the paper above. These studies, as mentioned above, tracked the autonomic nervous system, physiological changes, and more.

Scientists at HeartMath Institute (HMI) added more protocols, which included measuring participants’ brain waves (EEG), their hearts’ electrical activity (ECG), and their heart rate variability (HRV).

As HMI explains:

Twenty-six adults experienced in using HeartMath techniques and who could sustain a heart-coherent state completed two rounds of study protocols approximately two weeks apart. Half of the participants completed the protocols after they intentionally achieved a heart-coherent state for 10 minutes. The other half completed the same procedures without first achieving heart coherence. Then they reversed the process for the second round of monitoring, with the first group not becoming heart-coherent before completing the protocols and the second group becoming heart-coherent before. The point was to test whether heart coherence affected the results of the experiment.

Participants were told the study’s purpose was to test stress reactions and were unaware of its actual purpose. (This practice meets institutional-review-board standards.) Each participant sat at a computer and was instructed to click a mouse when ready to begin.

The screen stayed blank for six seconds. The participant’s physiological data was recorded by a special software program, and then, one by one, a series of 45 pictures was displayed on the screen. Each picture, displayed for 3 seconds, evoked either a strong emotional reaction or a calm state. After each picture, the screen went blank for 10 seconds. Participants repeated this process for all 45 pictures, 30 of which were known to evoke a calm response and 15 a strong emotional response.

The Results

The results of the experiment were fascinating to say the least. The participants’ brains and hearts responded to information about the emotional quality of the pictures before the computer flashed them (random selection). This means that the heart and brain were both responding to future events. The results indicated that the responses happened, on average, 4.8 seconds before the computer selected the pictures.

How mind-altering is that?

Even more profound, perhaps, was data showing the heart received information before the brain. “It is first registered from the heart,” Rollin McCraty Ph.D. explained, “then up to the brain (emotional and pre-frontal cortex), where we can logically relate what we are intuiting, then finally down to the gut (or where something stirs).”

Another significant study (meta-analysis) that was published in Journal of Parapsychology by Charles Honorton and Diane C. Ferrari in 1989 examined a number of studies that were published between 1935 and 1987. The studies involved individuals’ attempts to predict “the identity of target stimuli selected randomly over intervals ranging from several hundred million seconds to one year following the individuals responses.” These authors investigated over 300 studies conducted by over 60 authors, using approximately 2 million individual trials by more than 50,000 people.

Their analysis of precognition experiments,

“confirms the existence of a small but highly significant precognition effect. The effect appears to be repeatable; significant outcomes are reported by 40 investigators using a variety of methodological paradigms and subject populations.”

The precognition effect is not merely an unexplained departure from a theoretical chance baseline, but rather is an effect that covaries with factors known to influence more familiar aspects of human performance.

We are living in a day and age where new information and evidence are constantly emerging, challenging what we once thought about the nature of reality and ourselves as human beings.  Perhaps there are aspects of ourselves and our consciousness that have yet to be discovered.
