Balancing Your T-Bar
#71
Feed the Fart Dog lots of Parsley!  Or you could also get chlorophyll in liquid form.  Chlolrophyll would really work good, its a green liquid made green plants.!

Yes, our dog sleeps in bed with us. He’s one of the reasons I wake up. He moves around a lot and walks on top of us. It is kind of strange why he can’t stay in one spot all night. He moves to different spots all night long.

Sounds like he might be waking you up for attention and does not like the fact that you are two and he is the third wheel. He probably thinks he is human, does he eat and do stuff the same time as you both? Dogs have this incredible way of taking over. The breed you have is exceptionally intelligent, stubborn and knows how to get his own way. Buy him one of those special beds and put it in your room.

Yes, he does think he is human...he even has his very own down pillow. Getting him his own bed will not work - he already has 3 beds of his own. He has to be with a human at all times and needs to be touching them. I guess it all started when we first brought him home at 10 weeks. I spent the first 3 nights sleeping on the couch with him because we were trying to get him to sleep in his cage, but he just kept on crying and I couldn't deal with that. After the third night on the couch, I told Richard that I was going to bring him to bed with us, and that's where he's been ever since.

But in defense of Anubis, Richard was getting up every couple of hours even before we had him.

That is funny DT, maybe you should get Richard his own bed!

I think my own bed would help me sleep longer because then movements from DT and the dog wouldn’t wake me up. Our current bedroom is too small for 2 beds but I’ll have to plan for it in our next house. :)

I've been trying this and haven't gotten anywhere. I find it difficult to visualize things, so that's definitely a factor in why it hasn't worked for me. I also don't understand the "center your consciousness at the pineal gland" part, I don't have a clue what that's supposed to feel/be like. Is there anything I should do before trying to see my T-bar, or perhaps someone has a suggestion?

GeeGee,

Centering the conscious at the pineal means to focus your attention at that gland which is in the middle of the head.  The color is royal blue.  Not everyone's third eye is open so this presents a problem with these kinds of techniques but if you keep at it you may begin to eventually have results.  Use your imagination to see it even if you cannot see it.  Trust that what you are imagining is really happening.

I'll keep trying, thanks Polly.

However, is visualizing and imagining the same thing? Usually when I visualize things, I do it with my eyes open, while I do the opposite for imagining.

Well, gee, GeeGee.   To me it is the same thing to visualize and to imagine.  Imagination is the consciously active form of visualization.  Do what works for you.
