Okay, here's my brief answer:
Although the simple definition of victim mentality is feeling abandoned by God, it is actually much more complex than that. You will need to follow the entire Hyperspace Helper.
The Hyperspace Helper guides you through recovering the memories, forgiving your parents, forgiving yourself, deprogramming, and becoming aware of your Oversoul. When you have finally released all the vibrational imprints in the auric field that reinforces the loss of conscious knowledge and control over your experiences, you will not need to be on Earth, and effectively, you have released the victim mentality.
A point I want to make:
God-mind works in mysterious ways to remind itself that the parents are "holy" (well, not in the Christian sense). If you have studied Adult Attachment, you will know that the child needs his mother around to be comfortable. During that phase, he learns to be avoidant, anxious or secure. As he grows up, he will continue to learn from the father too. What he is learning will be affecting his relationships. And as he reaches elderly, if he is either avoidant or anxious he will find he needs something much larger to replace his parents, like God. In the secured person's case, he will find he needs friends to keep him going. If he is left without friends, he will seek God. Your parents are that important. In God-mind (according to Stewart), they are metaphoric of your relationship with God. So it is important to forgive them.
Note:
Someone told me Stewart said that the deprogramming* process can take several lifetimes. But I have never seen or heard Stewart said that personally. I did hear Stewart say several times that what you fix in this life time, you fix in other lifetimes and that, reincarnation is a linear perspective.
