You are both wrong and true.

The Sirian A race has nothing with vampyres.

However, as they performed genetic experiments in Sumeria, they also intentionally inserted their Sirian's DNA into new created blue-blood hybrids. They also brought Hebrew people from Egypt (also their genetic creation) and mixed those Hebrews with Sirian A's DNA together with Aryan Sumerian blue-blood hybrids. Ultimately new race of Akkadians emerged and later Hitties who became eventually Khazars.
Those bloodlines over time came to manipulate and control the whole world and they are main leaders in what we call today Illuminati.
Regarding Sirian As similarities with vampyres those came from from Sirian A's DNA inserted or genetically interbreeded into reptilian blue-blood hybrids of Sumeria. Their prominent characteristics are  round, big heads, with pointed, overlapped ears and hooked noses.

In other words, 'vampyre' outlook is the mixture of Sirian and Reptilian DNA. Vampyres are visually and theoretically created on the legends about reptilian hybrids and their blood rituals and predatoric mentalities, and also they physically resemble them.

It should also be noted that the loss of the hair is not due to Sirian A's DNA. It seems that those of Khazarian descedancy have genetic preposition to this condition, though, the cause is not known. It could be possible to high testosterone level which could be  genetically  programmed in order to back-up  programming and desired behaviour (agression and loss of empathy). Though, on another note, there are those of Khazarian descedancy who show no loss of hair at all even in old age (i.e. Joseph Stalin).

Also, we should mention more benevolent mixtures of Sirian A's DNA within humans as such of Sephardi Jews.

Hm...yes, but also he has some resemblance with those characters from the comic Alan Ford.

It's not well known comic book in the world (it's of Italian origins), but it wasa huge success in the Former Yugoslavia

 I know a couple of people who had encounters with "St. Germain". From their depictions he too looked like a vampire. A handsome one but still ...ewww!!
