This is true, but I doubt that Earth humans(atleast currently) could ever pull this off on another civilization. I think what they did was absolutely brilliant(not to say that I admire them).

What the heck is this.What mind pattern does a human have who works for them? How many humans work for them and towards their cause? Are they all reptilians?No.Humans on this planet are trash,garbage and that's why the ones that aren't,like the many good people here on this site and others in the world,can't do a thing about changing the results.We have things in our body that track our movements,technology that reads our minds and tries to alter it.The only way out of this quagmire is for a new civilization to arise out of the ashes of this old one,and that time has yet to come.And the best medicine for this planet is that no one on this planet should ever be allowed to rule over the masses,as then,history will repeat itself over again.

As you know Moon Child, the physical description of the White Winged Draconians, is in itself a parasitic reflection of the Collective Consciousness of the Draconians in general. To have to have a white appearence and blue eyes, and yet be basically Reptilian and evil says it all really.

The Kuiper Belt Aliens (KBA) are not going to be able to simply observe the Illuminati and their NWO on Planet Earth and then fly back to the Andromeda Galaxy, leaving the Nazis to carry on their NWO and Luciferian Agenda.

For a "new civilization" to arise is going to take massive social, cultural and psychological changes upon the face of Planet Earth, which actually could possibly, although not definitely lead, to mass genocide in the process. Whatever the KBA are going to do in regards to any "type" of "Alien Invasion" remains to be seen.
